Delivered broken crown and trim, doors improperly measured to swing wrong directions. Overall, not satisfied. Better off going with Northfield, or Elmira trim and doors. Not using Riverside again and don't recommend them.

Not familiar with product got the casings cut in half as suggested by sales agent.
When trimmer came to install they were to short to work.not sure why but it is what it is.the worst part was they only gave me 6 pcs not the billed amount of 63 linier feet.went to another store as they were closed and got the correct sizes and amounts to do the job.did not go back to the store as time has passed by since the order was picked up.my fault for not checking a product I was not familiar with.up side the door handles were great.to be fair they did not have a chance to rectify the problem and would have likely done so if given the chance.service was great 5 stars, information was poor or misunderstood by myself.

Working with Tom on our small basement renovation over the past few months has been a pleasure. His attention to detail, excellent customer service and product knowledge helped make the project run a little smoother. He even helped us out to carry some drywall down the stairs. We would definitely recommend his services to other friends and family members.

The absolute worst experience we’ve ever had.
Made an order months ago and never received it. Had to chase and chase them constantly.
Lack of communication, integrity and overall horrible service. No excuse for the horrendous experience with them. Will never use again. The most important thing is your customers. Not with this company.

Furnished me with some excellent closet organizers, in a very attractive wood, at a price that came significantly lower than other bids. When I wasn't happy with an unfinished lip on the closet (that, admittedly, should have been taped at the wood shop but instead left a piece of MDF exposed), they very kindly came back and upgraded me with entirely new tops at their own expense. Stellar to work with and I'm quite satisfied, and will likely use them for future trim and milling work as I renovate the rest of the house!

Purchased my baseboards & was referred to a contractor for install and it was so quickly Installed and was done to perfection. I had such a wonderful experience with this company and their contractors that I will recommend them to anyone!

I have mixed feelings about this company. I do realize covid played a big role on scheduling and staffing, so I won't complain about how long ot took to complete everything, but I do have to complain about install quality. We had trim put on upside down, and since it was alreay painted and I didn't want to have to pay the painters again, so we left if hung incorrectly in our bedrooms. Its not overly noticeable as it is just a beveled edge vs a sqaure edge, and the price to install those boards was deducted from our total, but frustrating none the less. Our pocket doors were installed too tightly so they started to rub when you closed them (scratching the doors). They were good about making the corrections and they did come to fix, but put unfortunately put up the original trim and now I have to pay the painters again to sand and paint as there are new and old holes and loose Caulking around it.
But the most upsetting part of this entire experience for me is paying for expensive Emtek hardware and then having it installed so poorly that it looks like someone with zero experience installed it (unfortunately I believe they had a new young guy who was being trained/apprentice doing these doors). Now my brand new doors are reuind as I doubt this is fixable.

I will say everyone we worked with was very kind and friendly. They were patient as this was a long project from start to finnish and helpful when I needed the help. I just very dissatisfied with the install. We decided to pay 5k for isntall and let the professionals do the job, but my dad 72 is very handy and would have done a way better job, really regretting that choice.

Overall I would give 5 for products, 4 for customer service but 1 for installation.

We couldn’t be happier with the work that Riverside did for us in our home. We hired them to build a custom wall unit for our home office. We had many design ideas that they were able to streamline and accommodate, and with the many cabinetry finishes they offer, made the completed unit similar to what we have seen in interior design social feeds. They certainly brought our vision to reality.

Heather at the front desk was very easy to deal with when selecting handlesets and locks for a new door installation at my house.
Prices were initially higher than competitors, but Heather pricematched them with ease.
Arrival of products was earlier than expected and Heather was in touch via email with updates throughout.
A keyless deadbolt came from the factory "handed" for the left side and I was unable to install it in my right handed door. I brought the set back to Riverside expecting a return and delays. I was pleasantly surprised when the issue was immediately resolved by Heather and another salesperson at the desk who was aware of a simple process to switch to right hand operation.
Overall, a seamless experience I couldn't find at other stores.
