Dr. Asha has been my family doctor since 2003. We found her very professional, knowledgeable, humble, and compassionate. Thank you Dr. Asha for providing best medical care. Keep up your good work.

I came in here today to get my son’s vaccination record. They have not recorded his 4 and 6 month vaccine. The lady receptionist was very rude and and spoke
Aggressively. When I ask for the vaccination card to be stamped she just told “ we dont do stamp, but I will do the stamp bcz I don’t want you to come back”. Will never recommend this place.

My Name Is Dinesh Shandal And Just Visited her today. One Of The Best Doctor I have met so far. Very Humble, good nature and caring doctor.never had any issue. Always 5 star for her.

I won’t go into details however I do want to say this: the Doc has always been dismissive. Usually I try to be polite and understanding because I understand she has a stressful job, but today she was just plain rude. You really shouldn’t have to beg your doctor to help you when you’re struggling with an issue. She needs an attitude adjustment because the way I was spoken to today was not okay and very unprofessional. Do better.

This place is not a patient friendly place at all. Even after taking an appointment 1 week prior, I had to wait for 1 and a half hours to meet the doctor. Even after this long wait, a very rude receptionist told me that I would have to wait more inside the room as well. She said the doctor is too busy checking other patients, and I have no other option but to wait. This is too bad. They have no value for our time. She should limit the no. Of patients she is taking. Just giving appointments to so many patients will help them make more money but lose their reputation. They should call the no. Of patients they can handle efficiently. Most importantly, they should not be rude to their patients.

The lady at reception is extremely rude. She doesn't know her work ethic and how she should treat the patients/clients. I just want to tell her that we are responsible taxpayers of the country and not availing doctors' services free of cost. The doctor gets paid every time when she checks us (patients) from the government. So stop treating your patients as if they are here to enjoy free services from this clinic.
I was highly disappointed and felt insulted from this lady. She is definitely not a good fit for the job. This lady's job is to manage the appointments, and if you all are giving excessive appointments to patients for whatever reason, then it is your problem not patient's problem waiting for two hours or more for their turn.
Get some professionalism in your services.

I wish i can give this Dr Asha -10 star.she is the rudest and welcoming doctor.i know for almost 14 yrs.she was pretty good in the beginning and since she opened her own clinic, she become so rude.she doesn't know how to talk to her patients.she is never available.
My family had no physical for past 13 yrs because she is always busy.anytime we need to see doctor, i had to call urgent clinics as this DIVA is either busy or not working.i will never recommend her to anyone. Guy at the reception told me that you need to book appointment at least 3 weeks ago. Tell me how is it possible ;- (. I was talking to him and he just hung up on me.
Doctor is neither available in person nor for phone consultation.

My family and I have known Dr. Asha for the past 4 years and she is very professional and a great doctor. She is always thorough and super knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend her.
The office is well-kept and always clean.

The signage outside is misleading, and the staff inside confirmed that it unfortunately does not provide accurate information. There is a little update here on Google from June 2022 but otherwise they haven't been updated on listings online that still show them as a Walk-In Clinic.

Despite the huge sign in front, do not come for a Walk-In! Watched a bunch of people go in and leave immediately so save yourself a trip if you're not an existing patient

Would not recommend. This was my wife family Doctor from last 4 Years and still have to wait 2 hours after taking the appointment.
The Doctor seems to be lost every time you talk to her. My wife always had to follow up with Doctor for her reports. I also notice they prefer to take walk in.

Im Glad we have change the Doctor.

The worst doctor I have come across, only reason I had to go to her because I can’t find a family doctor and she’s close to home. Dr. Asha is beyond rude and not welcoming, I don’t know why she is a doctor if she doesn’t want to help others. As a patient I want my concerns addressed but she has no patience listening to you. That’s not a doctor I want.

Teach your recespnist how to talk respectfully with customers, she is such rude person how come hired, we were calling to book an appointment phone line was busy more then 1 hour during that time we reached at your office she was busy on cellphone call your office time show 9.30, open sign was on No any customer was in your office, she said go to your family dr.if my family dr is not available and came to your WALKING CLINIC then what is the meaning of WALKING CLINIC. It was 9.40 she said go home call again and come back after 10.what? She was so rude as per office time 9.30 to 5 she turned off the OPEN sign at 9 40 AMMMMMM

Stay away from this place. The front desk staff are great, but the doctor is unresponsive, doesn't listen to your issues, and will often give treatments that are unnecessary/unrelated to your condition. Dr. Asha does not understand anything related to mental health or chronic conditions. For your sanity and precious time, don't come here.

My wife came in to see a doctor regarding possible ear infection she was experiencing.

She received poor customer service and the staff were rude because she was a first time patient.

The staff made her very uncomfortable so we decided to promise we would never come back to this clinic unless it is our only option.

I would NOT recommend this clinic to my worst enemy.

Since then we have found another clinic.

Dr. Asha has always been very attentive to my concerns since I started seeing her years ago. I have since had two children, whom she now see's as well. All my concern are always delt with accordingly in regards to my self and the children. She is very kind and very knowledgeable. Front desk is also fantastic! They are always on top of everything! I highly recommend her practice and clinic.

The best doctor and front desk staff. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Whenever I have a problem, Dr Asha seems to know right away what to do. I am thankful for her help. Facility is very nice also. Best in Brampton for sure! Highly recommend.

Dr. Asha, Shahin and Dylan are all amazing at what they do. I appreciate their service to my health. Dr. Asha has tremendous knowledge and experience. Her quiet demeanor and a true caring for her patients health have been what I have appreciated about her. Dr. Asha gives me the nudge I need to get my health on track. I have found her care over the last 7 years critical to my overall wellbeing.

Worst doctor ever im not sure where she got her medical license she is rude unprofessional and has very limited knowledge wish i could give 0 stars

Because of the amount of recent negative reviews, I was reluctant to visit her today, but did so anyways as my family doctor was closed. I went in as a walk-in patient.

She was fantastic. She didn't rush me when she examined me based on my concerns. She listened to everything I had to say and valued my opinion about how I knew my body the best. But my most favourite thing about her was that the first remedy she recommended me was diet! She stressed about intaking a proper diet and how most of my plate should be vegetables (just like Canada's new food guide!). It's true, I wasn't eating as healthy as I am suppose to.

The only thing I can understand someone will complain about is that her voice is quite. But I can't complain because when I ask her to repeat herself, she is not rude about it and goes ahead.

Her staff was also great. They were polite and were not tired, bored or strict. Great attitudes. Honestly I don't understand the amount of negative reviews.

Wait time wasn't too bad for walk-in, about 20 minutes.

Dr. Asha is a pathetic doctor and she has proven it way to many times and in too many ways now.i dont remember one single time she actually helped or even tried to hear me out once.i visited her many times and one thing i notice her behaviour with men and women also differ.i dont know what kind of a doctor even rolls eyes at patients while talking.this last time i went to her 3 weeks ago i had flue high fever, cough that was killing me already from 2 days already, i had no voice when i visited and what she gave me was a mild cough syrup and a suggested to take tylenol and just walked out, you cant really ask her anything as she would just walk or ignore. After suffering for a week and taking off from work which i could not at that time, i went to a another doctor and they were shocked that if i had been coughing so much and and throat and ears were so sore why was i not given antibiotics. All of this could have been prevented if she gave me medicine at that time and i would not have been in so much pain and worsened. Even a nurse would know its flue and its so bad all you get is a cough syrup. Anyone who cares for their health and wellbeing please do not go to her.

My wife was here on Wednesday 5th September as from day before at work she had bodyache and weakness. She was sure something is not right. The Dr.did not bother to do any check ups, just did the routine and said she has jetlag as we just traveled back. We were not satisfied and my wife started getting fevers and chills. We were called back by the doctor on Friday saying blood test reports are out and the doctor would like to talk. We were happy to hear that as my wife was a reck at this time with fevers and chills. When we went to the doctor, she did not have fever but she started shivering and couldn't breathe and her body was getting cramped up-all in front of the doctor, and all the doctor said was her blood test shows her iron is low and she does not have fever so I dont think anything is wrong. We left the doctos office so frustrated and disappointed. By the time we reached home my wife's fever was 103 F and I had to rush her to Brampton Civic, where after the talk at triage itself they found something is wrong. Dr. Hiphel did multiple tests, and we found my wife has Typhoid. She is still admitted in the hospital currently.

Sharing my experience as this is unacceptable of a FAMILY DOCTOR who should have known better and done other tests. My wife suffered from so much pain for 3 days which could have been avoided.

Does not deserve even one star when their is was no effort put in

I had a very pleasant experience at this clinic. Took my son here to get his forehead wound looked at and Dr. Asha and assistant were able to glue it. Not all clinics do this. They were great with my son and very accommodating as when I got there my son had fallen asleep in the car so I didn't want to wake him if we wouldn't be seen for awhile and the office staff told me when I could come back and the room would be ready. Also a quick wait, only about 10 minutes. Very impressed, nice clinic, nice staff! I will definitely be back:)
