Don’t waste your time to call them. It’s been 3 days calling them and speaking to them about a trip, always having the same reply that we will
Call you back in 10 min and will send you an email with all the details but never get a call from them or any email. So I wasted my time waiting for these people but you guys can save your time by not contacting them. Worse service experienced yet.

I recently booked tickets like always through Neelam in spite of an online ticket being slightly cheaper, though ended up with a real bad experience this time. My Itinerary details were shared with someone else without my permission or knowledge, how unprofessional is that. One of the basics of working as a ticket sales agent or in ticketing industry is to not disclose any information (including confirming if ticket/s have been booked etc.) without the concerned person's knowledge and consent, regardless of anybody called to ask you or not. In some cases, it can even be a security breach, anyway wouldn't recommend it.

P. S- Do the research on online first and make the call.

Please do not book with them. They cheat you. I booked the tickets without being informed that the bassinet seat will be charged. After booking i came to know and was forced to pay as my child was 5 months and tickets also booked. When asked for re-imbursement, they denied to pay! BIG CHEATERS! NEVER EVER BOOK FLIGHT FROM THEM.
