Conveniently located and beautiful interiors. The food was amazing and yummy and deserts were so fancy and presented well. It definitely was a fine experience dining here.

This place is not wheelchair accessible, service was super slow and food was just ok, didn't taste like authentic.

I had a uber eats. The bag was not sealed, so any uber driver could dig in. It should be stapled at least so no one can reach in the bag until it's delivered. The food was good and something I would recommend. My kids loved the briyani. The chicken curry was just ok, I would try something else in the future.

Worst biryani ever! They tossed whole frozen veggies with raw swollen as F rice it was not even jasmine or basmati, some local fat rice was used to make biryani, it was so f…in bad that I bet even some street pulav would have been 10 times better. Please don’t order from here and save your money and tongue for Better things

Worst biryani, just frozen veggies was put in the biryani. It was not a basmati rice, I had many biryani in this location but this was very poor. I would never take their food now.

Very poor customer service, group of us got here with 1 Kid who didn’t like Indian so we ordered pizza from an Italian restaurant close to this one and obviously we brought the pizza for the child, my child is very picky and it wasn’t our first time doing it, that’s why we didn’t ask them. One of the waitresses told us that it’s not allowed to have outside food here and we kept the box of pizza under our seats, her behavior and her colleague’s was really unfriendly.we don’t recommend this place at all.

The staff was exceptional and the food was top notch. Highly recommend it for a great night out for a couple or a family. The atmosphere was excellent.

My girlfriend and I were window shopping downtown and when walking we smelled this wonderful aroma from a block away and had to find the source. Amazing atmosphere. We ordered the chicken biryani, butter chicken, jeera rice as well as some garlic naan. The plating was phenomenal and great portion sizes. We took enough home that it almost looked like we didn't eat anything at all. I assure you we are our fill! The biryani had to be the best I've ever had, so aromatic and flavourful! Everything felt so authentic and charming! Wonderful place! 11/10!

We took a drive from Toronto and found this hidden local gem! Incredibly flavourful, exceptional service and everything was delicious. Plus, we found the entire menu to be very affordable for the quality of our dining experience - thank you so much. We’ be back for the Butter Chicken.

The only thing good here is roti as they don't have a chance to add anything to it to spoil it. Never coming back here.

Anything you order they prepare in 10 mins.we ordered few chicken items. I felt like they have boiled chicken dump Ed in hot gravy and served it. It smelled raw. Not tastey

The best Indian dine-in experience in GTA (food +ambience+service). Went for lunch, we were all vegetarians in the group. Parking is an issue but there are a couple of parking lots nearby where we could find spots without hassle.

Atmosphere was super amazing, the place was spic and span and well maintained.

The food was amazing, the soya malai chaap, dal aravalli, methi malai mattar (it also had paneer even though we didn't want it but it was still amazing), and carom seeds paratha were super delicious.

Not wheelchair / stroller friendly though which is a shame considering they got so many things right.

Riyasat is a fine dine restaurant serving north indian cuisine. It has a rajasthani palace like decor. We went there for Diwali. Jyotsna, the server, was very polite and helped us pick the right dishes as per our taste. The Malai Soya Chaap recommended by her was the best malai chaap I have ever tasted, be it in India or Canada. Their Garlic Naan is also the best I have had in GTA. The paneer in Highway Paneer gravy was soft and fresh. On our request, Jyotsna asked the chef to spice it up for us as we found it bland initially. Overall, a memorable experience. P.s. Their dal makhni is also very tasty, something we have tried on our previous visit.

Food was absolutely delicious. The tandoori chicken and garlic naan were amazing! The service was good, but the food took very long to come out.

Great ambience.excellent food.slightly on the expensive side but I would say it’s ok since the food is greatly done. We ordered chicken curry, lamb, malai kofta, chicken biryani, butter chicken… portions were good… the waitress were equally nice and served smilingly.highly recommended

We moved to Niagara about 5 years ago and have been searching for a traditional Indian restaurant to replace our beloved East India Company from Winnipeg. Nothing in the Niagara region has even come close. I am so glad that we found this restaurant.

Everything was so fresh made and amazingly spiced. The naan was soooo delicious. The biryani had just the right level of heat, which was complemented by the raita. The palak paneer was smooth and tangy. The Tikka Masala was delicious, the vegetables still had a little crunch and weren't soggy. And the meat in both the biryani and the Masala were so tender.

We very much look forward to coming back and enjoying again!

An all time great of Oakville Indian food. Great ambience and interior decor, good service, and amazing food. When I was there with some friends, we got the Lamb Palak, Dal Aravali, and Dhabha style chicken curry, alongside some naan and rice. Everything was perfect. Particularly, the Dal and Lamb Palak were top tier.

In terms of pricing, three of us split 3 mains, one order of rice, and three orders of naan. It averaged out to ~$30 + tip for each person, but we were stuffed. So maybe a little on the pricey side, but the food was totally worth it. All in all, amazing.

Very tasty. I eat quite a bit of indian. This is my favorite vindaloo and great naan. Very large portion. Very reasonable prices for quality of environment and setting.

Had a reservation with them today, drive from Toronto with a friend and found out they were closed? No prior information nothing. Spoiled our day!

Our server was really nice and pleasant but food took forever to come out from the kitchen.

Food was okay but portions were a little small and meal was overpriced - we paid ~70 for 2 entrees, rice and naan.

It wasn’t a bad meal but I wouldn’t go again.

A fine dining experience in the ️ of Oakville. Ordered tandoori chicken wings, chicken curry, carom roti.and they have Indian beers available.the food was perfect and service was pretty fast.ambiance- vibrant and colour Indian styled decor with beautiful glass ceiling.

Nice place, went for lunch. Good ssrvice. Food was delicious. Loved the kabob. Naan was very soft. Perfect spice level. KDhai hicken was awesome. Will definitely go back. Parking was a little difficult. There is paId parking spot at the back of the restaurant.

I reach today there on recommendation of a friend. We were quite late but Gurinder made it possible and arranged a table for us. We have ordered highway paneer, Rice and garlic naan and literally it was was mouth watering. Seriously we haven’t have such a delicious meal for quite a long time. Returning Customer amd had a bad experience this time Not good For opening Visit Never Ready With the food waited Almost 50 mins for the breakfast beside opening time. Reached restaurant At 11: 30am first of all door was locked and then they Took time to prepare the food. They should change the time of opening never ready at 11: 30 to serve even the breakfast dishes.
No customer service at all, waited for that time didnt even get reimbursed for that. Asked for the extra onion salad they even charged me for that, beside waiting for long no sorry nothing like that.

Overall food was good and so was quantity. Avoid the dal and Manchurian. Other items from starters were good.

Food was ok. Not good as restaurants in Brampton but still best in Oakville. If they work little on food quality they will be in top list.

One of the best indian restaurants in GTA. This is an hidden gem.
We went for lunch and everything we ordered was cooked perfectly with the right amount of spices. Starters and main course were equally tasty.

The food was great. The waitress was polite and respectful. The only problem was it took almost an hour before we received our food. Plus a table of 5 came in after us and they were served first.

Excellent food…. Real muglahi food of delhi. Ordered food for 4 and it was plenty. Daal and butter paneer were just made like restaurants in India…right flavor. We requested the appetizers to be packed separately so that they dont get soggy and the owner did it without any fuss. Good service and excellent food, must try!

My family and I have been going to Indian restaurants for years. We have eaten at or ordered from Riyasat several times, and we were never disappointed: their food is delicious, and the staff are friendly. This is definitely our new go-to place for Indian food in Oakville!

For all my previous visits I would have given a 5 star, but today I was very disappointed. The chicken was not cooked, lacked flavor and the dish was too oily, also the naans were burnt black. Definitely not the premium quality I expect from this restaurant.

Update 2/11: I am very impressed by Riyasat team's response to my previous review - truly appreciate how seriously they took my feedback and fixed it. I did receive a replacement order of food and as usual it was 5 stars and hence the updated rating!

It’s an amazing experience today with the riyasat. I love madras chicken curry a lot from India but I never got a same taste here in Canada but today my search got over today at riyasat. I came to this restaurant first time and I got exact the same taste of madras chicken and I am in love with this restaurant from now. I just moved to oakville and I was not able to find proper authentic indian restaurant here with their authentic taste but today I don’t have words left to say about riyasat taste. This restaurant is like a hidden gem must try specially their chicken curries.

Keep it up I will definitely come back here again and I will do a small party here soon.
