Last year I had R&M install my irrigation system. After getting several quotes, R&M was the best choice. 4 zones were done with minimal disruption to my yard. Raf and Michael - this Brother duo business did a fabulous job installing my front and backyard lawn sprinkler system last summer. I really liked their service, that I recommended them to my neighbours. In total seven of us got them installed on our street. They are punctual and immediate with their communication and responses. The entire teams work was clean and neat, and they left no mess behind. They walked me through how to use the system, and answered all questions I had. I only wish I had gotten this installed sooner, as my grass has never been this thick and green ever. I highly recommend them.

Sprinklers needed some spring maintenance. Raf i stalled the sprinklers a few years ago and it’s worked great.

Used this company owned by Rafael to resod my lawn and for irrigation system. His quality of service was very poor and was a nightmare. To get him to come on time as per the agreed day and time was very frustrating. He did not remove the old layer of grass properly and weed started growing on my lawn so fast and spreading quickly.
The sprinkler system he installed is causing water to leak into my basement. This guy's customer service is awful. He doesn't want you to complain when something is wrong, he wants you to live with it after spending thousands of dollars to get this service done. He is very very rude on the phone, he shouts and swears at you. Although he tells you, you have warranty on the sprinkler system, he doesn't want you to call him if anything is wrong. What a awful service.

Fast respond, quick service and very good price. Most important the customer service after. I called them to adjust the sprinklers few weeks after and they came in no time. I love how my yard is getting watered now. Highly recommended

I contacted Raphael for a quote for an irrigation system, and he arrived the same day. He was extremely friendly and courteous. He provided a fair and competitive price. He promised me a start date and followed through. Raphael and his team arrived on the promised date and completed all tasks in a timely manner. After irrigation installed, we had a landscaper arrive to complete their duties and their was some damage to the irrigation system that needed to be addressed. I contacted Raphael immediately to address my concern and he arrived within a few hours. He then repaired the unit the same hour. He is punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
