RMS Alterations & Tailoring

It was a good experience, work is good, if the price had been a bit low then it would have been awesome, but overall as far as the alteration of my pants is concerned, the work was good.

Just so you know, they give discounts for good reviews on here. They are a joke. Your clothes don't even get cleaned. These guys are a fraud.

The staff was helpful and kind. I was here for a urgent alternation the lady was kind and accompadating. She did the job efficiently I ended up telling her I love her. Thankful I highly recommend this place.

I have used RMS Alterations a few times and will continue to use their service. Owner of the shop is always very pleasant. Quality of work is always exceptional and is always completed in a reasonable amount of time. Pricing is very reasonable as well.

I desperately needed an outfit altered last minute for Valentine's Day and thankfully they were able to help me, Will return!

The lady who does alteration is rude. Prices are ridiculous. For example, they quote $25 per armpit alteration! They make you feel that they are doing you favor by taking on your alteration (even when you are the one paying and they are giving services). Stay away.

The lady there thinks she is know it all. Has extreme high temper. She is very passive aggressive and almost a bully. She claims "some of this work is not worth my time" - but she runs this business and asks for crazy monies that I have never seen an alterations place ask! She thinks she is a gift to everyone who goes there and everyone some how owes it to her. If you question her rates or ask one extra question which she doesnt approve, she starts passively insulting.

AMAZING SERVICE! My alteration was done perfectly and on time and customer service was remarkable definitely the best when it comes to Tailoring and Alterations.

The lady owner does not know how to provide customer service. They are also very vindictive. The owners are buying the high ratings. They are too expensive for the poor customer service they offer

I had two of my dress pants fitted for a more slim fit. One of them came out short after the alteration. I unfortunately did not have time to take it in right away but I am a repeat customer with other family members who also have work done on their clothes at RMS. I took in the pants, and upon arrival was immediately told about their 5 day policy - meaning have to bring it back within 5 days. Went on to offer to pay for re-alteration, but was told they were not able to complete any work until the following week (I needed the pants that Sunday, and this is a Wednesday I went in). This is all fair, and some what understandable, even though I have given business before.

As I was about to leave, I went on to explain the situation - just casual talk - that out of the two pants I had refitted, the first pair was perfect, but only this one was short. Had a very rude and negative response back - "I adjusted it to whatever the measurements were". Well who took the measurements? Definitely was not me - the point made was irrelevant. There was no acceptance of the fact that mistakes could have been made, and that it may need minor adjustment - unacceptable - just lost a few customers.

I had a pleasant experience with RMS. Got my suits and blazers dry cleaned. The service was prompt and the staff was welcoming.

By far the best tailors I've been to in the GTA. I work downtown, I usually go to my tailors over there but I had a rush and based on the reviews, I landed here. Talk about extremely busy place but they accommodated for me and did an amazing job, fair price, good service.

Came for an alteration and was met by a very nice lady who gave me a good deal and made sure everything I wanted was done. Very good service
