For anyone that come here expecting their insurance would cover the cost, be mindful of hidden clause that sets a maxmium threshold on coverage. Even the cheapest service offered here exceeds my insurance coverage maxmium.
Also a tip for this place, you should warn the patient if the charge for the service exceeds the maxmium threshold covered by their insurance. My orignal booked service already exceeds the threshold and I was even upsold to another service that costed more. Completely unsatisified as I was hit with a big, unexpected bill.
