This store is endlessly frustrated from lack of stock to selling rainbow colored meats reduced for sale. One employee told me that the color of meat is not indicative of its quality. Really?
I never purchase perishables only things like toilet paper/Kleenex etc

Good selection of fruit and veggies. Wish they would bring back the vegan section that existed 2years ago Also seems that they are not going to carry vegan frozen meats anymore.

This store used to be amazing when previous owners were around. Since new management I can honestly say this store fails on all levels. Final straw was when cashier literally takes my peppers out of bag with bare hands then places them on conveyor belt. Reason: although peppers were all same price, she had to pull them out and scan separately for inventory reasons. Honestly, no brains putting fresh produce bare on conveyor belt while handling them all. Think about it - bad enough they are handled who knows how much before they get to your home for consumption. Yeah, of course you wash them but I was so turned off by this stupid action. I truly should have walked away. Does anyone have common sense these days? Further, make sure items are positioned under proper price signs
Yet another incident but this time I got to meet the owner - need I say the saying customer is always right literally doss not exist in this business. I'm going to pay more and start shopping at Zehrs in LaSalle- go where I'm appreciate and items are fresh.

This store is always clean and stocked very well. They lost a star from me because I hate that I don't get any cell service in the building.
Edit from 4 stars to 5 stars because you still don't get cell service in the store but they now offer free WiFi so you can load your offers for PC points if you forgot before you left home.

Have supported this business for 27 years and the management is horrendous. Will never walk back in. Tina is an absolute disaster to deal with. She could care less about her customers. They dont stand behind the products they sell. You have choices. Sobeys, Walmart.

Scanner price accuracy code was not honored, even though the sticker indicating participation is displayed at the registers.

This Nofrills is usually well stocked and clean.

The staff is friendly, and everytime I've shopped there I've been greeted with a smile at cash.

They also have quite a good sale on their potting soil which is appreciated by a gardener:)

Lots of good choices. Just not used to the layout of the store. The next visit shud be better.

I love what they’ve done with the place. The layout is nice and bright, and things are usually easy to find. Some items are missing since the inflation hit, which is unfortunate.

I go to no frills at least twice a week I went there yesterday, bought peaches for six dollars. I looked at my peaches today and they were rotten I brought my bill to return them and apparently it was the wrong bill. They see me in there all the time they would not let me return them. I was very upset I’ll have to take my business elsewhere.

Great selection of food. You do have to watch the produce quality on certain items. But overall great place to shop

Check your receipt before you leave. Many times sale prices are not entered into their system.also check dates on products.many are expired.bought bread and when I opened it the next day it was mouldy. Staff for the most part are great.a few daytime ones are miserable. The young guys on the floor always help you when needed. Need to open more checkouts!

I paid $7.50 for identical product that I paid $5.49 for at FreshCo on malden, yogurt, 40 calorie. Overall, i find it more expensive than FreshCo. More boxes should be made available to pack groceries. I don't like having to bring a quarter to pay for a cart.

Prices are reasonable, some are more expensive than other places.
Biggest drawback: NO INTERNET ACCESS.
No wi-fi and no network signal at all. Can't access online flyers while in store and no way call/text out or for anyone to reach me while I'm shopping.

I was not impressed watching your staff detain a PSW over a click and collect issue for their group home.

Not only did it lack any sense of tact what do ever, it opened your staff up to liability for false arrest or unlawful detainment.

I won't be shopping here ever again.

Rotten produce, products aren't properly rotated so you have to really watch the dates on everything, and the shelfs are bare. I don't know why they even say they price match, because they don't match prices from all stores. The store overall has gone down hill.

New owners have made this store very nice, no longer feel it's the low budget quality.now it's just great prices and wonderful young people working there.

Drove in from Lasalle (not a far drive) but a waste of time.everything I went in for they did not have. (3 items). Very disappointed.put a item on sale and in the flyer. Have it in stock.
