My wife and I purchased a townhouse a couple of years ago. After multiple delays, including a long one due to Covid, the time came to arrange financing. I reached out to Robert Floris back in 2020 in desperation. My wife, my son and I were living in a basement apartment and felt like we could never come up for air. We had a small down-payment and started looking for houses. Unfortunately, the housing market took off like a rocket and we were left looking at dumps that we could barely afford. I was expecting some extra money to come in, in 2021 so when I told Robert this, he insisted that I wait.
