I routinely have the same driver and he is awesome, its the actual company ruining everything.
The whole company took Friday July 30th off for the long weekend and did not share this information on their website, social media, or phone messaging. Even though the rest of Ontario is taking Monday off.so are you expecting me to be at my business on Monday? Cause I wont be. What a disaster you're creating for yourself.
That is just the icing on the cake, I understand they are making a false demand by not having enough drivers on at a time. Yet they have enough drivers on payroll. Why have my shipments that literally always arrived within 48 business hours started taking four or more days? Last time I called to see what the problem was I was told they had to sub contract it out and therefore it HAD to wait in Mississauga for 24 hours, yet when my shipment arrived it was my regular Robert diver!
They're liars and I would literally never work with them if my supplier gave me options, just glad they don't get money from me directly.

Unbelievable, my appointment is 1.30pm I. Check in 4am, got door at 4.15. Out 5.30am.
No parking inside. Can park on street. Nobody bothere you.

Driver refuses to deliver to our location, as it's not directly on a truck route, even though the law states that you can divert to get to your destination. Drivers manager doesn't seem to understand how that works either.

Extra star for the friendly, helpful people on dispatch, who do understand how truck deliveries work. It's unfortunate they don't have more pull to get things done, as we'd have our shipment by now if they did.

Excellent people to work with. They are really nice people.both the cross docking and warehouse shipping and receiving department are nice and easy to work with.

Everything think was well organized but they take long wait time for pickup. Outside carrier always call for driver check-in, no need to go inside they will give you call for door. Thanks

This company is capable of solving logistics problems but they don’t. Mississauga management has no clue how things work on ground level.

Couple of things.the truck entrance is NOT off stateside rd. It's off of Explorer.
The gate will send you all the way around the building to door 180. You'll see a sign to call a number with a extension (good luck.if they answer) You'll sit there waiting for a call back, only to be told to go to a different door (most likely.back where you started.
They take there sweet time.
Hate.yes hate, this place.

Don't trust on map entrance other side back side of warehouse, driver check in dock 180, unloading with in HR.not sure about washrooms

My Company did over $25,000/yr of shipping business over a 10 year period with them. Our customers would notice them park the truck and trailer 200 ft from the delivery location after unloading. The invoice would come in with a "wait" charge. Very dishonest by the driver and Robert did nothing to remedy the situation, except to tell us to take our business elsewhere. Look elsewhere to move your freight.

Missed delivery appointments and excuses.

Have fun taking multiple days off work to receive your items if your vendor uses this company.

I went there to pickup something, as I didn’t want to wait till the next day to get it delivered. I was very impressed by the professionalism and prompt help from their warehouse people. They were very polite, helpful and had great customer service.

I've been to this place really poor management not enough training and they expect you to learn most of it in one day this company has lost really really good employees and we'll lose many more to come.

They delivered my COSTCO furniture to another person and when I contact with them they sent me the wrong signature to make me believe the delivery was right. How ridiculous it was! Why I gave two stars not one? When they were awared what they did, they delivered the furniture the next day.

Literally the dumbest drivers on planet earth work at this company.

Want to be pushed into the shoulder because of a guy driving a transport doesn't know how to look in his side view mirrors? DONT WORRY ROBERT TRANSPORTS GOT YOUR BACK. This company should honestly just liquidate and cease to exist.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT SURE WHO ANSWER THE PHONE BUT SAID TO ME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE WE ARE VERY BUSY IN CHRISTMAS. KEEP UP THE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE ROBERT.

Damian Mainard who is one of your drivers cut my 17 year old daughter off and hit the hood of the car with a crow bar. What hell is wrong with your company. Do police checks on people before you hire them. He was so dumb he actually told my daughter his name before he drove off in your truck!

Worst company to work for as a company driver or owner operator. Only guys with multiple trucks getting good work. Someone is getting paid underneath the table
