It was a Saturday on a long weekend. They were short staffed so it was a little slow. But the sales person was helpful and they had all the items i was looking for. They tested them to make sure they worked which was a plus and he helped me take them to the car. Good Service, Friendly and Helpful Staff and great product selection

Extremely pleased and impressed provided by the Mt. Forest location team, especially Ayden. I called in on a Saturday before long weekend to buy a Cub Cadet snow blower, however didn't manage to dig out my pick up truck from the recent snow storm and couldn't drive to the store to pick it up. Eventhough first home delivery availability was next Tuesday, Ayden has managed to deliver the snow blower to my house within two hours, despite closure on many roads because of snow blizzards. He explained everything and provided all information, along with some company presents. Deeply grateful for this exceptional service. It is not common to experience this level of customer approach nowadays.

Bought a snow blower and a chainsaw here. Never again going to some everyday store to buy a piece of junk. Paying more for a quality product will give you less hassles down the road. Plus you’re shopping local

They won't give good deals. Had to go elsewhere to purchase tractor as they won't budge on their pricing. People what to feel like they got a great deal or they won't buy. That pretains to everything btw.

Will never go back again. Worst sales and parts service going. I would give it no stars if that was possible

Terrible customer service, the staff in the store were standing around talking to each other for over 15 minutes while I was wanting to buy a chainsaw.
