Leaving a review on behalf of my parents. They have been left with an unfinished repair job for over 6 months. Originally the proper prep to lay the floor was not completed, resulting in broken sections of flooring throughout their kitchen. The other parts of the job are beautiful and have stood up well. The frustration is the lack of action on the staff in ensuring the repair take place in a timely manner. Promises made over time lines and who will rip up and reinstall but no action, all while the new product lays sitting in my parents house since June. Very disappointing customer service from a company that came so highly recommended.
