No response from the company,
I had a viewing at 4: 30, I was at the address 4: 15 to 4: 50pm. No one from the company came at the address. Clients are not important for them.

This company has been completely unresponsive to my family member's concerns. The heat is 14-17 degrees. They say "it looks good" and there's nothing else they can do. She is freezing! There was an issue with plumbing. A technician came, removed the shower head, said it needed a different kind, but it has been over a week with no shower! The person in the unit below is smoking crack. Fumes come up through the vents. She's been to the ER twice thinking she was sick - but she was HIGH! There are mice in the building, the laundry room is frequently locked (no key provided - because it is supposed to remain open) and any concerns are met with rude responses. Disgraceful! STAY AWAY.

If you're looking to rent from a company that not only doesn't respond when you fill out a simple maintenance ticket. But also doesn't care there building is over run by mice and bugs. Oh but that's not all after you give your 60 day notice and finally get out of that hell hole. They'll still continue to take money out of you account. And refuse to give it back. Poorly managed is an understatement. Worst rental company in Sudbury.

Absolutely usless i can see from the other reviews that it's not just me. Holy coulas the owner of rocksolid property management has been trying to bully and harrass me to move out since the 4 plex building I'm living in was sold. About a year now. Even one of her sudbury employees TONY tells me she and all of them are usless scum but that they pay him good. It's been months since I've told them that 3 of 4 units outside motion lights are not working. Nobody was cutting my side of the grass all summer until seen the kid and asked him to. Letters asking me to be mindful of my utility consumption. Letters for notice of entry for apparent measurements and to not be present during. Also letters and random phone calls from holly coulas and her paralegal Angie gravelle trying to bully and scare me into leaving my apartment. Not to mention the have 2 young girls come over from center line architecture in sudbury to do measurements and then try and tell me that they had deemed my apartment illegal. Which was not true since i called them and they told me they are not eligible to deeming apartments illegal residents. That's just 1 of the many lies i have caught holly coulas in and her team of bandits. I finally had enough with them and told them to stop harassing me or i will call the police. I could go on and on about holly coulas and her corrupt company but you get the picture.

I would put zero stars if I could. This company has been nothing but issues to deal with. This company took over management for my apartment and ever since then it’s been terrible. I never met the property manager and if I had any concerns, it is impossible to get them on the phone or in contact with. I just recently moved out of that apartment and giving notice was almost impossible. I used their app never received a response on that. I send numerous emails with no responses. I called many times and left voicemails and finally got called back after a week. They told me that they received my notice and that everything was good. That my last month will be used for September and that I was all paid up with no issues. To leave the keys in the apartment once I moved out. I did all this and even left early in September. However, since then I’ve received bills for the September and October even though I don’t have access to the apartment. I’ve tried contacting them many times to fix this issue and they said they would fix the issue, that’s it’s just an issue with their software. However, this issue still continues with no resolution. The harassment continues and it’s to the point where I have had to contact a lawyer.

I have tried to call this company over 10 times over 5 days, leaving two voice-mail, and I have never once gotten through or received a call back.

Not impressed with them we didn't get approved but also trying to find there office and not there p.o box and can't find anything it's not the owner address I'm looking for it your address so I can get the 40 dollars back

Awful service.the charge $40 for the application, and in the Additional Terms said that "The earnest money deposit will be applied to my security deposit or my first month's rent if the Landlord enters into a lease or rental agreement with me. If this application is approved, and I fail to enter into a lease or rental agreement, the earnest money and any subsequent payments may be retained to compensate the Landlord's costs and damages, subject to the Landlord's duty to mitigate. The earnest money and any subsequent payments will be REFUNDED to me by the end of the next business day if: (1) if: (1) THIS APPLICATION IS REJECTED, OR WITHDRAWN BEFORE APPROVAL;".
I think this company is making more money by charging to everyone for 40 dollars for the applications than for the rentals. It must be the best place to work because the ignore every body.

Horrible experience with these people, they do not have a physical office, they never answer calls or emails, the worst thing in the city, do not rent with these people

Currently renting from rock solid. They never answer maintenance requests and will screen your calls. Have been having electricity issues for over 2 weeks that they are aware of. No maintenance workers have come to fix. Spouse had to call an electrician. Don’t make our mistake. Follow up: the maintenance worker showed up yelling and swearing very unprofessional.
