One of their agents Michael Daspletosaurus provided a fake landlord reference to a house he sold in Viagra Falls, he neither collected rent nor managed the property, the only reason he did so was to get the tenants out of that house. When the tenants' rental application got denied because of the lie, they started yelling, and threatening both their own and the landlord's agent.

If I could give a one star review I would. Very unprofessional to deal with, no experience in selling or buying homes, and that was very apparent.

Rockstar Real Estate is the real deal. Bernie and Berta Frazer were amazing in helping us find the perfect property for under market value, so we didn't only make money from the cash flow. We made money with equity in the house going into the deal. They were super patient with us, as we went on several house-hunting trips without putting in a single offer. They understood our goals to covert our houses into two units in the future and found us our second house that met that requirement. We never felt any pressure, and they steered us away from a few homes that would be disasters in the future. They honestly had our best interest at heart, and at the end of the day, they are just lovely people to be around. I can't thank you guys enough for your care and deep knowledge in the Real Estate market. A big thanks to Tom and Nick Karadza, too, for the courses that prevented us from going bankrupt from deals that don't generate cashflow. Cherry Chan was terrific with our tax savings. I was initially drawn to this organization because of the opportunity for support and learning that was offered. As someone new to the investing world, Rockstar has certainly lived up to its promises by providing ongoing learning, support, and mostly.motivation as I learn. I Just finished closing on a property and we used Rock Star as our Realtor. Erika Spencer was a rockstar in every sense of the word. We had a very difficult situation while selling but Erika maneuvered all the ups and downs like a true professional. I can't say enough good things about this company. Rock Star Real Estate helps to guide and teach you how to become a real estate investor and most of all live life on your terms! For a very low monthly fee the company offers so many different avenues for learning. Weekly podcasts are put out for members only, as well as webinars brought to you from there specialized rolodex of qualified personnel. Working with coaches Paul and Meaghan has been a very good experience. They have helped me and my business partner navigate off market deals during such crazy times!

Rock Star membership has been fantastic for me to grow and get good information around Real Estate Investment in Ontario. The Rock Star membership guidance and Sonja Skye coach have been amazing and really helped me to acquire some of my properties in St. Catharine.

As first time home buyers our experience with Rock Star Real Estate was nothing but positive. My husband and I both came to know about Rock Star Real Estate through Erwin's podcasts on Spotify, and when we were ready to purchase a home back in April this year, we did not hesitate to reach out to the brokerage. Maria replied to our inquiry initially, and to follow up, Meaghan reached out and put us in touch with Paul Yeung. We were clear from our initial meeting that we were first time home buyers looking to purchase a house with a basement to rent for additional income. Paul stated he mostly worked with those looking for investment properties but was receptive to meet our needs.

Due to the pandemic, it has not been easy to view houses in person. Initially, Paul provided lots of resources to guide us and answered our questions promptly. It is clear that Paul has solid expertise in the area of basement suites and the legalization process in Mississauga. The reason for my rating is related to the latter half of our professional relationship with Paul.

In total, we saw 5-6 properties in person in two months. The rest of the listings, we combed through the photos and 3D tours on our own. Since we backed out of an offer in May, our communication with Paul plummeted. In short, we felt rushed and pressured to make an offer, despite communicating that we are first time home buyers with lots of questions and concerns. We were repetitively told all the great features a property has, regardless of whether they aligned with our purchasing goals or not, and limited communication about any flaws. I felt at times, Paul's comments were insincere and were more of a sales pitch rather than insights from our perspective. This is not to say that we were perfect. If anything, I also take responsibility for the declining communication, and looking back, I would have asked for more meetings to clearly revisit our goals and needs.

In conclusion, we did purchase another property that fit our needs more closely at the end of May with Paul. I learned a lot from this experience, and I understand Paul was in a tough position to help first time home buyers navigating the market. I would have liked more opportunities for honest feedback, transparency and communication. Overall, I would like to thank Paul for this experience to work together, and all the best to his future endeavours.

I bought my house 12 years ago at $233,000. When I bought it I knew having an end unit with a walkout was the right choice. When we decided to move we thought who better than Mike Desormeaux to get us the best possible price for our home. Mike visited our Kitchener home more than a few times and made sure we had everything show ready when it came to list. His incredible knowledge of the market and listing strategy netted us record numbers. Our house was on the market for 6 days, we had 70 scheduled showings, 17 offers.on a $499,900 listing we sold for $604,500.that’s $104,600 over asking! If you’re even thinking about listing your house, Mike Desormeaux is by far the best choice you can make! He is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and insightful when it comes to real estate. There is no question that went unanswered, no silly scenario that I through at him that he would not explain away or help me with. This guy is hands down the BOSS when it comes to selling homes.

Cockstar properties is terrible company.one of its members roger auger is a fulltime grifter and professional conman who uses property management to financially abuse vulnerable and marginalised hamiltonians.please consult the reviews directly.the reviews for rogers terrible personality, mood swings, aggression, online stalking, calling people at work to shout at the for leaving bad reviews, private messaging women on social media to threaten them with retribution from god.im not kidding since this leech attached itself to us and caused us so much genuine hardship and inconvenience.we have reached out and found dozens of people who now dedicate their lives to raising the alarm that this man is an unhinged sociopath who profits from so much misery and anxiety, stress and hardship for everyone he works for and i mean tenants because he has no concept of healthy human interaction.is literacy is non existent.he texts at a 5th grad level, so i dont believe he even understands his legal obligations or the contracts he binds people to due to his low intelligence and poor education.this man auger is a cancer on hamilton and a disease to humanity.you know when he is coming around, usually unannounced because he switches the heat on in the building.also, the cockroaches jump on the traps.he has no soul.change my mind.
