Botched the installed, took multiple visits to get power restored to areas of my home, made a mess of the wall where uninstall occurred… no work permit.iWork did not qualify for vehicle manufacturers’ rebate. Stay away from these guys!

Before you use this company I would suggest you do your due diligence and compare them to other quotes. I got three quotes to get a Level 2 charger installed in my garage and Rocket EV was $1100 higher than the other two companies. The other two quotes only differed by $150. When I emailed them back asking for some clarification on some line items on the quote it took the guy TWO WEEKS to respond at which time he admitted he made some mistakes on the quote and adjusted the price. That new, revised quote was still $700 more than the other two quotes. One has to wonder that if I had not questioned Rocket's quote and gone with them would've they come back after the fact and give me money back? The whole experience was quite shocking and I am surprised this company is still in business. If I could give them zero stars that is what they would have got.

In the spirit of transparency I want to give an update on this company. This week I was contacted by a representative of the company from Ontario who apologized for my experience. Apparently the person who gave me the quote was new to the company and admittedly some mistakes were made. There was an offer "to make things right" but I had already gotten the work done by another company. None of this changes my initial review but if there is any silver lining in all of this it is that this company made an effort to right some wrongs. In today's world that says a lot about the people behind the company. So I leave up to you, the reader, to decide whether to use this company or not as you now have the full story.

Easy and fast service.
The quote was on point and so was the installation. Couldn’t be happier.
