Rockwest Dental is one of the best dentist offices i have been too. Had a horrible toothache caused by my wisdom teeth and they were able to see me almost immediately. The whole staff is super welcoming and helpful. Dr. Swaida did my wisdom teeth surgery and followed up after to make sure everything was healing fine. His care was truly impeccable. He is a dentist that really care about his patients. Thank you to everyone at Rockwest for such a pleasant experience!

To be honest, for me this is the best clinic in all Ontario. I had an emergency with my wisdom teeth and been in a lot of pain and I called the clinic and they had an appointment for me same day, THATS AMAZING! After a week a made my surgery and oh lala all the staff is so friendly, kindly, reliable. I usually I’m a pain lol and they always answer all my questions with the best face️ I had some pain after surgery because of course that happened and they did a double check before the follow up in case that something happened, everything good and also they was very happy to provide more pain killer (which i really appreciate it) right now everyone remember me at the clinic lol and is the best decision that i made with this clinic, Will be a customer forever. If you are looking for the best clinic with the most affordable prices, don’t hesitate to go with them ️ Thank you so much to everyone is this clinic for doing the best everyday in your hard work, thank you so much.

I absolutely love the care that the team provides. I always feel at ease when I enter the office and am always confident that I'll come out feeling great. I have to mention Dr. Godoy and the dental assistant, Doreen. I had one of my wisdom teeth extracted today, it was causing severe pain. Dr. Godoy didn't wait, he immediately took it out and solved my problem. The procedure was quick and simple. Everything was explained very clearly before and after the procedure. I also love Doreen! ️ She's so sweet and always makes me feel so comfortable. There's not a single visit where she hasn't complimented my eyes. As a family, we truly are very satisfied with Rockwest Dental and the care they provide. Thank you for all the hard work. 100% recommended!

Dr. Swaida and his staff are marvelous. Had an old filling fall off on the weekend. Called the office Monday morning. Front staff found me an appointment same day. An earlier cancellation came up. By 3pm I was being prepared by one of his fantastic assistants, Dorreen. Dr. Swaida, repaired my tooth. Quick, professional, and saved Christmas for me. Highly recommended.

Today, November 14,2022, I went in to the dentist office very nervous and had negative thoughts. However, as soon as I was seated in the chair, Dr. Swaida asked me if I had any questions or concerns which I didn't have. I trusted him explicitly to do the work on my teeth.
Soon, Dr. Swaida relaxed me by asking me to think of happy times.
My thoughts went to the beach.
As I settled down, he explained that would freeze my mouth and do what I had come to do.
Soon after that work started, I heard the drill, water splashed a little and within a short time everything was completed It was like magic i actually had to ask if it was all done.
It was indeed a painless experience on the dentist chair.
A big thank you to Dr. Swaida, his assistant and the staff at the front desk.

Honestly I want to give this clinic a higher review, but i will go into detail in this post to help you decide as I believe finding the right fit for a dentist is quite important for many folks.

This is particularly regarding a less than pleasant interaction I had with Dr Swaida.

He is clearly an excellent doctor that knows what he is doing. Dr Swaida helped my wife and i appreciate that wholly. Though I guess sometimes success can make people a bit rude.

My wife suffers from some social anxiety and had requested that I be in the office at the time with her as she was quite nervous. The doctor proceeded to make some jokes about how i should move unless I was going to be doing the checkup myself. I had no reason to be there other than being asked to and did not appreciate the condescension.

He had also made a comment asking who “rides” since I had my Ebike helmet and when I said that it is me, he proceeded to ask if i ride it on the sidewalk as if it’s a crime.

Yes, I do, Dr Swaida, I do ride it on the sidewalk when there is a bike lane, seeing as it is a legal responsibility to do so.

As I would like to respect the truth of the situation as well, I’d like to make it clear that during our second visit my wife was still experiencing severe pain, the Doctor applied a clove-based paste that was highly effective and did not charge us for the visit, which I highly respect and appreciate.

Anyway, I now have a tooth injury and feel highly reluctant to go here due to my own interaction with the Dr.

Again, thanks for healing my wife’s tooth, I on the other hand would prefer to take my business elsewhere following the unnecessary behaviour of the Dr.

Anyway, If you’re looking for good service and a good doctor, I recommend this place for sure.

Though, If you prefer a higher standard of service and communication I would recommend going to a more upscale location, as there are some others clinics nearby that cater to a certain service standard.

Thank you for your help, I am only writing this as I see it fair to let people know of the experience I had here, even if it is a rare occurrence, judging by the mostly positive feedback for this clinic.

I’ve been going to the same dentist my whole life.unfortunately he will be retiring and I’ve been looking for a place to give me that same “at home” feeing.can I tell you when I walked in and the positive energy I got from the staff and the from desk was un real… my hygienist was super gentle and thorough throughout my cleaning and the communication with the dentist afterwards. *chefs kiss*. I think I found a new office for my family!

I attended Rockwest Dental Clinic for issues of food entering between two lower teeth. Dr Swaida diagnosed and explained the issue and proposed treatment. He professionally filled and repaired the corner from where food entered. Filling went well.
In my opinion Rockwest Dental clinic has an excellent professional team providing effective dental treatment.

They have empathy, are compassionate and very caring staff and do their absolute amazing best to make sure you are comfortable every visit. I will never go to any other dentist. I would just like to thank Rockwest Dental for their amazing services and for helping me overcome my fear of visiting the dentist. I’ve been visiting Rockwest Dental for over a year now, and they have vastly improved my oral health. I’ve never been more comfortable in a dental office since I starting going to Rockwest. The staff are super friendly, amazing to talk to which helps alleviate any type of nerves upon my visits. I’ve had the pleasure to work with Dr. Andrew’s who is phenomenal, very knowledgeable and patient in craft. He explains everything in detail and is very helpful in working out payment options. I’ve recently started seeing the hygienist Michelle who has been awesome to work with. She has my teeth sparkling white, and she was very friendly and gentle throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend Rockwest Dental as I know how hard it is to find a good dental office. If you’re looking for the best, look no further than Rockwest Dental.

Rockwest Dental were the best. Had an emergency and they were able to see me. The whole staff is very nice, courteous and hospitable. Dr. Swaida was able to pinpoint the reason for my pain and explained everything thoroughly. Would definitely return and recommend anyone to go if needing of a dentist or an emergency arises.

Went to get an estimate for my dental procedure from doctor Andrew. No doubt he’s very knowledgeable dentist. I asked him if there’s payment plan to which he said the receptionist Rebecca will let you know. So before leaving the clinic I asked her to please let me know asap. After 3 days I emailed her to which there was no response. After emailing again she said the doctor said there will be no payment plan because crowns usually don’t take time and she will speak to Doctor Andrew again and will let me know. 2 weeks no response. So I emailed her again to let me know the quote so at least I know how much its gonna cost so I can start the treatment. Its been 3 days since I have been waiting. I think this is extremely unprofessional!

Quick Update after my first review!

After the owner’s reply on my post I did email them to send me the quote, estimates and everything.
The receptionist sent it to me but she kept on mentioning in the emails that ‘ THESE WERE THE ESTIMATES THAT WERE GIVEN TO YOU WHEN YOU WERE HERE’

Like I don’t understand why she kept on lying OR trying to prove that I am lying lol. Not to mention after my first review she emailed me to take off my review like excuse me?

I wish doctor Andrew was working somewhere else so I can get my treatment done by him because he’s so far the best dentist I’ve consulted my procedure with. Rockwest dental can do better and make better money If they know how to train the reception.

Thank you to the team at Rockwest Dental (shout out to Tea- the most amazing Dental Hygienist anyone could ever ask for) for making my visits comfortable and hospitable. One of the best dental place i have visited in past 5 year. Dr Andrew and Dental assistant Doreen is the best. They are very nice and friendly and answers all ur questions and concern.

Dr. Swaida and his team are great! They were so good with myself and my 2 children. Doreen the Dental Assistant is amazing at what she does. I was always afraid of the dentist and they made the experience as comfortable as possible. If you are looking for great dental care I highly recommend them.

If you are delaying yourself from getting your dental checked out because of reasons beyond explanations, (traumatic memories, fear of pain, you name it.) do not hesitate to give them a call. The entire team is very professional, with excellent customer service. Would give more than 5 stars if possible.

I have been going this place since 2012. Excellent place and staff is so nice and helpful. I am a big fan of Dr.sweda. He is so nice and proffessinal.

I found this dental clinic a couple years ago and they have been fantastic. They do a good job and communicate very well. They are also honest and don’t pressure you for additional services/jobs. (Short note: my old dentist was very dishonest so I’m able to see the major difference between that place and Rockwest Dental).

Even though I moved, I will still continue to go to Rockwest Dental.

Booking my appointment was effortless. Even though I got there a few minutes later, I’m sure a thorough cleaning should last more than 35mins. The hygienist seemed to be in a rush to see her next patient. I wasn’t even offered to rinse my mouth afterwards or given a care package like most dental offices do. No discussion whatsoever about what’s next or to follow up with the dentist. It was an overall unprofessional experience, seemed more like a swipe & go patient visit.

Great Dentist, great service, has been a fantastic experience. Very kind people and low pressure. Absolutely recommend this place.

I have had unpleasant experiences at my old dentist, so I did some research and came across Rockwest Dental Clinic. I'm not surprised that this place has 5 star reviews, as the staff is extremely friendly, patient and reassuring as I was extremely nervous to get fillings done. They did an excellent job and this was the first time I never felt any kind of pain. I will be coming here from now and HIGHLY recommend this place to others. BEST STAFF EVER!

I wanted to share an amazing experience I had at Rockwest Dental Clinic today. I went to the clinic a few days before my wedding only to find out that I had mistakenly booked an appointment the following week instead. I was going to walk away, but fortunately Tonya and Tara reassured me that I would be able to get my teeth cleaning done before instead of after my wedding. They called a few people and readjusted appointments to allow me to have a same day appointment for this particular situation. Special shout out to both Tonya and Tara for making things work despite my mistake. Sarah's a phenomenal hygienist and did a quick, thorough and painless cleaning, while Dr. Andrew talked me thru every step of the process while getting my fillings done. Jessie did a great job assisting. If you're looking for a new dental clinic with the most friendly staff, clean and safe with covid protocols and a chic place with good background music and tv screens to watch while getting your dental work done, Rockwest Dental Clinic is definitely an easy #1 choice.

I recently had my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Swaida, and I only have great things to say! It’s always scary to go to a dentist but Rockwest makes it so much easier- Dr. Andrew is caring and knows his way around your teeth and I am completely satisfied. Tara is very warm and will kill anxiety as soon as you walk in!

Excellent service provided. They use good technology and have good equipments. The dentist is very thorough and did a great job with cleaning. Growing up, I hated going to the dentist with the intensity of a thousand burning suns. I had gone through many different dentists throughout my life and never enjoyed any of them except for Rockwest Dental. The entire staff is so upbeat and friendly making sure you feel right at home. I went in with a smile I was never proud of and frankly, quite embarrassed of. Yesterday, I left with tears. Dr. Swaida has given me my confidence and smile back and I couldn’t be happier! I came here strictly to do an Invisalign treatment (they offered the best price and also had great service). I will now be joining them for regular cleanings and anything else I need! They are very flexible with scheduling which I love. Dr. Swaida is a genuinely great person and does his best to make sure his patients are happy. The rest of the team there provides excellent service and I actually consider them as friends! They are a great bunch.
