I love this dental office.the ambiance of the inside always makes me happy and every hygienist and dentist are so sweet and kind.been coming here since i was a kid and do not plan on changing dentists anytime soon!

This dentist office is very clean and organized. The staff are friendly and helpful. My son has a really bad gag reflex when getting his teeth cleaned and Cassandra was so patient and gently with him it made the appointment great!

Insanely beautiful office. It feels like you’re transported to a ski lodge, very comforting. The office is impeccably clean, the staff are friendly and professional. I’m happy I chose them as my dental clinic, I know I’m in good hands.

My family had been with Rockwood Dental- Dr. Glenn McKay for over 10 years. Friendly staffs and great care taken to ensure our dental needs are fulfilled even during Covid pandemic lockdown. The clinic are equipped with most advanced HEPA air purifiers to ensure each dental cubicle air outlet are filtered with clean air and strict pandemic protocol are follows currently. Strongly recommend this dental clinic to all Mississauga residents.

We have had very good experience with Dr. Mckay and his team. Unlike other dentists, he doesn't over-treat or offer things which are not required for your case. Very friendly and provides great and practical advice to keep you teeth healthy and avoid cavities. Also listens to your concerns and takes care of
one's comfort level for a specific treatment or diagnosis and helps find solutions or feedback accordingly.

I was terrified of dentists as a child because of a really bad dentist who would scream at us when we cried. Went to Dr. McKay as an adult in my 40s after years of not going. He put my fears at ease, minimal discomfort, excellent service. Have recommended him to family members, and recommend him to you.

This place has been here for over 30 years and I did not know of it until recently. It has a cozy seating area with a cottage feel. Dr McKay and Luna were great. The place looks clean and has high ceilings. Reception is kind. I will be visiting back soon. Cleaning is split in parts and first part was thorough. I did x-rays too and they had a panoramic x-ray machine that rotate around your head (proper protection and instructions are provided). I got to see view of my teeth which was pretty great. They also do direct billing if you have insurance.

I been going there for a number of years now and they have an amazing team at Rockwood dental. Everything is taken care of in a professional manner and you are never rushed - bonus they open early! My family in Toronto and Mississauga give Rockwood Dental two thumbs up!

Dr. McKay is a friendly, kind, efficient dentist who goes above and beyond to accommodate his patients. He knows his job very well and you will leave his office with a big smile to show off your beautiful teeth.

Most professional dental clinic/procedure I ever experienced on this first issue. Almost perfect. Only reason for not being five-star is a marked lack of post-op expectation setting.

Regardless, absolutely certain that this is my go-forward dental care provider. Extremely competent medical and administrative staff. Best I've experienced.

I can only say great things about Rockwood Dental! Everyone is so kind and welcoming and the office itself is very cozy and well kept. I got four wisdom teeth removed last week by Dr. Katsikeris and he and his assistants did an amazing job! From the very beginning, I felt comfortable and at ease. Not only did the surgery itself go well, but the recovery was waaay better than I expected — very minimal pain and swelling. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience!

Caring staff, dentist carefully explained everything that he was doing and consistently checked in with how I was doing.

From the moment you walk into this dental office, there's always a friendly smile from a staff member. I just had some major dental work done and every step of the way felt like the staff and dentists were there to support my anxiety and concerns. They did an amazing job with the highest of care and technology to make sure my teeth are healthy and I walked away with a beautiful new smile. I'm looking forward to my next visit for "just" a regular cleaning and my new smile:)

I LOVE this dental office and so do my children! They're fantastic with the kids, I'm pretty sure one purposely tries to get a cavity just to go see the dentist and get a free toy at the end lol! I cannot recommend this place enough. I used to work in the dental field and I'm sad I only get to be a patient here, great staff and awesome dentist!

Let's get this out of the way: I dislike dentists. I see them as a necessary evil. By and large, that has been my experience with all but 2. The dentist I had growing up, and this place (Dr. Mackay). I can't recommend this place enough.

My two sons were scared initially when they heard we're going to the dentist. But when he arrived the staff was very friendly and he calmed down. Glenn was great with my 4 year old. He is very patient and kid friendly, this is really important for me since I have a young family. I would definitely recommend Rockwood dental for sure.

My last visit at Rockwood dental was amazingly efficient. I'm a heavy smoker and the hygienist was able to remove all the tar plus plaque build up along the gum line leaving a clear whitish pink contrast. The visit confirms my aspirations to quit smoking. Bonnie as always was friendly and made the visit welcoming and at ease. Two thumbs up for Rockwood dental!

I have been a client of Dr. McKay for many years now and indeed have introduced my whole family to his services including dental care and cleaning, root canals and dental surgery. I have always found he and his staff courteous and professional especially his dental hygienists who are very careful and gentle especially compared to my last hygienist who I nicknamed "Helga the Butcher"

I'd visited this dental office about 4 times I believe, & twice was for an exam and cleaning which I was a bit nervous about as I hadnt seen a dentist in quite some time but Dr. Prendivoj Was very kind and did my fillings and cleaning. My most recent experience was actually 5 wisdom teeth extractions that I had been putting off for some time. The process was really smooth, i was soo nervous because 5 teeth at once sounded pretty scary to me and painful also there was a risk as two of my teeth were impacted and one close to a nerve so obviously they let me know this before they went ahead and I was well aware but i knew i was in good hands. Dr. Nick katsikeris is the dental surgeon who performed my extractions and i could write a whole paragraph on how amazing my experience was, the whole team was amazing and i dont remember much it felt like 10 minutes went by and I woke up and continued on with my day, i was not drugged up or seriously drowsy. I literally was not tired at all or in any pain, i highly recommend this Dr. For any kind of extractions as his work is amazing and i didnt experience any complications or serious pain after. No bruising, tiny swelling first day and I was functioning like normal and my family couldnt believe i was just carrying on like i didnt have 5 teeth removed. My recovery went really well and im so happy I went with a family member who recommened Dr. Nick, they told me great things about his work and that he is one of the best in what he does. And I 100% agree! Also the staff/front desk are always really nice and welcoming, just great customer service overall!

Excellent service and care. I had a terrible jaw pain caused by a swollen gum, the team got me in quickly and fixed it. Couldn't have gone more smoothly. Love the team and now my husband and girls are signed up for their service as well. The whole team are wonderful, highly recommend!

I have been going to Rockwood Dental for about 15 years now. I can't imagine going anywhere else. The entire team is great, and always has been. I have had both routine and cosmetic dentistry done with Rockwood Dental, and am very happy with all their work and services.

This is a money grab dentist. They are only interested in booking as many consultation appointments as possible so they can charge you every time without actually treating your issues!

I would never suggest this place. They are also hesitant to discuss the exact cost before any procedure. They have the worst dental surgeon! Talks down to people, makes the patient feel little and isn't interested in what the patient has to say at all! Such disrespect for the patients concerns! I would never be returning to this place. Save your money and go to the dentist accross the street!

The best dental group of professionals, with the most up to date equipment and treatment procedures available. The office upon entering will take you to a northern cabin and furniture setting complete with a fireplace and pioneer furniture. You'll be amazed at how friendly you are greeted by professional staff and doctors. Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Once again, they're the best dental group around.

AMAZING! I am a 55yo in fair, but not great, dental health, who went just 2 days ago to see Dr's Bellingham & McKay. In the last few years I have avoided dental check ups more than once a year. While i have had plenty of cleanings, fillings and one cap at various other dentists, this was the first root canal and most extensive work I have needed. Though the procedure lasted over 3 hours, it was the most painless and well organized experience I have had at a dentists. After the initial jab, once Dr Bellingham started the root canal, I almost fell asleep. He & Dr McKay explained each step in the procedure, and there were many. They gave me short breaks between each and answered questions that I had. I was back home and entirely pain free, besides a slight ache in my jaw from holding my mouth open. I took 200mg Advil before bed and was barely sore the next day, 12 hours later. I have had cleanings that hurt more. The entire office staff and dental hygienists all have been incredibly helpful, communicating with my 2 insurers to arrange the most cost effective and convenient approach to save both time & money. I would not hesitate to recommend Rockwood Dental, and would give them more stars if I could!

My first visit here was due to an emergency after my regular dentist somehow completely missed a root canal that needed to be done - by the time I went to Rockwood, I was in a world of pain. They were so awesome that I decided to stay with Dr. Prendivoj. Highly recommend their services!

I came to this dentist after a trusted friend recommended them, and I'm glad I took their advice! There's a reason this dentist has many 5 star reviews.

I had a terrible infection that required a wisdom tooth extraction that would normally be referred to a specialist due to additional complications, but Dr Swaida accepted the challenge and my extraction went perfectly! My face was barely swollen after a few days and only required pain medication for barely half a week. ALL of the employees at this location have gone above and beyond to make me feel safe, while being extremely informative on anything I had questions about.when you speak to any of them, you can tell that they genuinely care about their jobs and really respect the patients while demonstrating high levels of professionalism. 5/5 will go again.
