Support Local! Great store! Great staff! Great products! Great prices! The other day I went out to grab a pizza just down the street for out local Home Hardware. I had a fifteen minute wait so I ventured over to the hardware store to pick up a few light bulbs. While shopping for lightbulbs I eyed an upright freezer that was on sale. I inquired about the dimensions and service lady was more than helpful getting me all the information I required. I mentionned that I needed to go fetch my pizza and that I would most likely be back tomorrow for this freezer once I checked the size of the opening I had for the freezer. Needless to say the next day I went back and the staff were more than helpful to load the freezer onto my truck.
It's service like this that makes loyal customers shop and keep coming back to shop at local businesses like this. Thank you for your dedication and service to your community.

Small town friendly service. Smaller store than the cities but a lot of stuff in there. Love the store.

Good sales person who knows what he is talking about in the plumbing department not like the kids in the big box stores. I am glad to support my local store and will be sure to go back again

Our home from home. If they haven't got it there and then they'll order it for you. This is what hometown stores are like friendly, great prices and they know who you are so they'll see you right. We've been faithful customers for nearly 25 years and have never been disappointed.

When the power is out and the storm is a-brewing, these guys are open with their flashlights noting down your purchases with a pencil and paper so you can keep going. Above and beyond. Oh, and they are a perfect hardware store the rest of the time.

Oddly enough, for a small village hardware store they have a better selection than Canadian Tire for simple things like drywall compound or nails. I spend too much of my money there. They're able to order in items that Home Depot says will take a few months - but it arrives in Rockwood the next week! To make matters worse, their located less than 1.5km away. I don't get to go for a nice drive into Guelph and grab a taco when I tell my wife "I'm just going to the store for some nails. "

As usual very good customer service. It was after closing and I was in my car leaving. Lady run to my car to let me know they finally found the item that I was looking for. Highly recommended.

Pretty much everything you want in a small town hardware store. From Kitchen and cleaning supplys to patio, lawn and Garden there isnt much we really need to look elsewhere for!
