Highly recommend Rockwood Kitchens. Komal answered all my questions and made great suggestions, she is very knowledgeable on kitchens. She also got back to me on any issues or questions in a very timely manner which I really appreciated. All contractors showed up on time and were professional. Prices are great compared to other kitchen installers, very happy with the finished product.

I absolutely love my new kitchen from Rockwood Kitchens and having worked with Komal to make our vision turn into reality was an absolute joy. From start to finish Komal was always there to guide and respond quickly to any doubts or questions that came up during the entire process. Their after care service program is amazing and Damian was a true professional that listened to our concerns and made sure to make everything perfect. Ly and his team were awesome too when it came to installing the quartz and he also listened to our concerns and always made things right. Rockwood kitchens are incredible and Kamal was absolutely amazing, she was there to help us with the renovation of our kitchen from day one until the end. She was always available to answer any questions. When i had to make changes to the design she was super helpful. As for the cabinets, they are incredible and we are super happy with them. The installers were very nice and did everything right and were careful in our home as well. I would absolutely recommend them for kitchen renovations.

Rockwood was recommended to us by a friend. We met Komal at the Brampton showroom. She was always friendly and eager to help. She was very patient with us as we changed our minds several times but eventually our design was complete. Everything was done on schedule. Delivery and install crews were fantastic and when we made a change during install Rockwood was very accommodating.

Rockwood was recommended to us by a couple of people. We visited the Brampton location and were greeted by Komal. She has been exceptional to work with. Through her designing, us changing our minds a bit, to accommodating some changes along the way, she has been kind, courteous and professional and very responsive to our needs. Our install went well. A few minor adjustments had to be made and the follow-up was speedy and professionally completed. Thank you so much for making our kitchen renovation an experience we should have done years ago.

It has been wonderful working with Rockwood Kitchens' staff from the outset to the exquisite finished product. We were impressed with the collaboration between Rockwood's staff teams and departments which provided us with a smooth, seamless process. Truly, an excellent customer service experience. Ly's work is so incredibly meticulous and exact, He accounted for every necessary detail and the end results are nothing short of stunning. The York counters and matching backsplash are simply breath-taking with the London Grey cabinetry. And, Ryan’s installation of the cabinet valances simply finished off the kitchen perfectly. Our experience with dealing with Rockwood was very positive and Komal and the rest of the team were very helpful in getting us our bathroom vanity. There was some mis communication between when the measurements for the cabinet were taken and then conveyed to the people making the cabinet. When the cabinet arrived it wasn't the correct depth. They provided a new cabinet the same day and the installer was very patient and professional. The vanity looks great, thanks to Rockwood

Overall, my experience with Rockwood was very positive.

If you are fortunate enough to have Komal as your designer you can expect great service. Her professional design met our needs and any questions or change requests, either through email or phone call, were always met with a quick response. I also dealt with Ann at another office who was equally as pleasant and helpful.

This was DIY job for me. I did the assembly and installation of the cabinets myself. I am not a professional but was able to do it with the right tools and a familiarity with woodworking. The units are solid construction; quality was better than expected. The odd time I needed to better understand something, resources were available to help. The video instructions were useful and questions were answered promptly. John at Customer Service was a particularly helpful resource.

The final part of the project, installing the countertop, was efficiently done by the installers. Excellent fit.

As with any project, there are always problems that arise. All of mine were met with a quick and satisfactory response. I won't go into detail but know that they are responsive to your issues and concerns.

We found Marshall Dodge of Rockwood Kitchen Team impressive & very knowledgeable from our first visit to their Brampton showroom. He was very careful in understanding our specific requirements and then was helpful in the creation of a custom design that checked all our boxes. Rockwood Kitchens was very quick to meet all deadlines in spite challenges of Covid-19. Marshall, his manager & installer Steve Smith were very professional in bringing to life a fabulous kitchen that made our dream come true and we couldn't be happier with the results. The Rockwood Team is very efficient, courteous, and went an extra mile to provide the finishing touches that we sought.

As the saying goes, our kitchen has turned out to be a “Neighbour’s Envy and Owner’s Pride” and we rate Rockwood Kitchens 10 out of 10. We are using Rockwood Kitchens again for our daughter’s kitchen in downtown Toronto in Nov/Dec 2021.

After a disappointing design appointment with a big box company, I was referred to Rockwood Kitchens. From the first phone call for general information to completion of the project, I have nothing but great things to say about the job that Rockwood Kitchens performed with my condo kitchen renovation.

Through a pandemic, lockdown, maternity leave transition, and installation “hiccup”, my designer Komal (Brampton) was able to seamlessly provide amazing service to ensure that I was happy. She was patient and understanding as my ideas and desires for the perfect kitchen evolved. She was easy to work with, professional and responsive with all aspects of the project and I valued her expertise in recommending finishes and final hardware choices. But a perfect design does not come to reality without installers, and the installers assigned to my project were amazing, specifically Brian. He was highly experienced, professional, informed and was always able to answer any of my questions while onsite.

We recently did a kitchen remodel and we are very pleased with our new kitchen from Rockwood Kitchens. Than at the Brampton location was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly. She guided us through the entire process, from designing to selecting the handles for the cupboards and drawers.
