Based on reviews, it seems that the company's staff, including designers and installers, are highly skilled. However, as someone who chose to self-install the cabinets, I found that the product quality was not quite what I expected. While the cabinets are structurally sound and the hardware such as hinges are of above-average quality, the finishing is not quite up to par. The paint and poly finish is not precise, edges are rough and there are warped boards. They are made in China which is not a high-end cabinet manufacturer. They are definitely better than the standard big box store cabinets, but the overall product quality is not quite what I would expect for the price.
