The manager is so friendly and very accommodating, gives us the best recommendations. The recommendation were the raspberry cheesecake bomb I bought 2 and they were so good 10/10 if you like cheesecake and raspberries so good. Come try it out when I'm the outlet Niagara!

My daughter went in for a caramel apple, she walked up to the shop, holding her little brother in her arms, as a mother and her 2 daughters walked up at the same time. My daughter proceeded to hold the door open for the family. There was only one worker working and there was a man was being helped, my daughter waited in the line up behind the man because she knew she was going in for one caramel apple while the mother and hwr daughters continued to browse. By the time it was my daughter's turn to order the worker insisted the other women was there first and proceeded to argue with my daughter and even after the other women agreeing to let my daughter order her one thing, the worker completely ignored my daughter's order and help the other women witb 3 things instead of daughter. My point is, my daughter was in line ready to order and then was completely ignored and dismissed. Leaving the store after waiting patiently for 20 mins empty handed.

What a wonderful chocolate shop! So many creative things to choose from. I bought a few things for gifts & some of this Chocolate/Caramel Bark for myself. It is absolutely delicious! Such friendly people!

Well I went in for some treats for date night and I had a craving for chocolate covered strawberries, Wes was there to help I chose some delicious caramel apples and bombs I ordered my strawberries which were so fresh I picked them up that afternoon and they were in the cutest heart shaped box. Was a pleasure shopping here and Wes went above and beyond to make sure date night was sweet.i highly recommend u try

Amazing chocolate, not like the "high end" from the grocery store, this chocolate is on another level. Every time I go I find something new I need to get again!

Caramel apple is the best! Their Caramel is topnotch! My daughter also had the frozen vanilla bean ice cream bar.it was soooooooooooo GOOD! Almost worth the $7.00

I greatly appreciate the quick, professional response to my review from the company. Coming from a family who has owned multiple businesses, I know that your employee should have never spoken to any customer in that way. I understand he may have had a bad day, it happens to the best of us, but that does not excuse poor customer service. In the end, I hope the employee is able to learn from the situation for future reference, as he is a face of your company.

…. I am a 16 year old kid, walked in with my friends. We had just spent a lot of money shopping and just ate. I wanted to find a small treat for dessert. I asked the man running the store what they had that was small because I didn’t want to spend too much. He gave me a death stare and said “if that’s what you’re looking for you’re in the wrong place. ” And then he proceeded to repeat himself, when I said “alright, sir” and walked out. He was very disrespectful and I was shocked that a business owner can talk to a minor customer the way he did.

Great chocolate. The person working needs to brush up on people skills. Get someone else to work with him or find another job.
He refused cash payment and would only accept credit or debit. Said he was too busy to deal with cash. No notice on door or counter that they didn't accept cash. The length of time he spent explaining and yelling he could have completed the order.
I always stop here when in Niagara Falls but from now on if he is working I won't be buying anything. Was there on Thursday August 11 2022.

Every time we attend the owner is gracious and friendly and attentive his chocolate is wonderful and always fresh we love this location

Absolutely amazing experience. The chocolate we bought was delicious, I recommend the "The Perfect Pair" flavour. The chocolate alone is worth the 5 stars, but personally, what outshone it was the worker himself. Incredibly charismatic, and you can tell he loves his job. He told us all about the process of chocolate making and how intricate it is. I respect this man greatly.

This is one of our favourite chocolate places! The service is amazing and you can’t beat the quality and time put into all the amazing treats!

Absolutely the best treats money can buy. Giant cookie topped with caramel, chocolate and skor. Peanut brittle that taste like butter finger and chocolate covered brownie. I drive all the way from Hamilton to Niagara with these crazy gas prices just to get the best treats around. (usually freeze)

The best part is Wes the store manager, he very passionate about creating new items and making sure you get the best service. That alone is worth the drive so hard to get good customer service now a days. I've been coming here for years and he still loves what he does year after year.

If you want the best treats around with HIGH quality ingredients then stop in today and get some before I buy them all lol. See you soon Wes, can't wait to see what new treat you've created.

Wes was very helpful and overall amazing. Very well informed, talked to us about all the chocolate and the making process. Would come back again and was very happy to visit!

Best chocolates and baked goods ive ever tasted! We drive from 1 hour away to get these made by the manager & chef Wes. He always personally takes my order and everytime its delicious. I wont settle for goodies from anywhere else. Wes is so talented his chocolatey creations are out of this world! My favorite is the orea white chocolate caramel stuffed cookie! I will be purchasing 10 next visit

We love getting the skor/cheesecake candy apple. I'm sad that they discontinued the pralines. This was something we always looked forward to getting but for last few yrs they stopped making it. Hopefully they'll bring it back one day!

My family and I had the best experience when we walked into this shop today. The manager was amazing. He had so much knowledge and taught us a thing or two about chocolate. The prices were extremely reasonable and the quality is superior. You really pay for what you get. I cannot wait until we are back in Niagara to try some of the other treats also. This was truly the best experience that still has us talking.

I enjoyed my time here. I like the 'ridges' the best. The person working there was wonderful and friendly. I found the red velvet caramel to be too sweet but it was very small so not a big deal.

One of the best candy apples I've ever had! Didn't break any teeth on it lol. The only draw back was the man or chef that attended to us, didn't give us a good vibe, kinda rude. Was paying by cash, and he abruptly said "No cash" when the sign they had up said debit or credit preferred. May not go back to this location. Didn't feel welcomed both times I went (went the day before to look at what they offered)

Over priced. Chocolate was the worst I’ve ever tried. Rude customer service. Never again going there

Just bought ice cream that I wanted to share with my 3 year old son, but a person working there didn't want to give me or sell a small paper cup. Unbelievable

McDonald's or Tim Hortons have never had issues to provide an extra cup, maybe you should check their customer service?
Also, restaurants regularly provide a plate to share my meal with my son. They do not require purchase of a kid or regular size meal for him.
And no one asked to divide portion into 2, just an extra cup. How come we got an extra spoon?
Btw if you don't know how much 3 years old eat - 3 teaspoons max reaches their daily sugar limit from your icecream. Is that quantity priced on your overpriced menu?
We wanted icecream on the road, not in a big container for home. But, no worries, other places have no issues providing an extra cup.

Some people come to see the falls. I always on board for a road trip as long as a stop at the chocolate factory is in.love this place!

I went to the Canada one Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory located in Niagara Falls. I always drop into this location when I am in Niagara. This is one of my favourite stores, Wes the manager was so welcoming and greeted us immediately. Everything was so meticulously put together and of course you end up spending 3 times what you originally intended. The chocolate and selection is out of the world. I especially enjoy the chocolate coconut apples and the boxed sweets. Wes is a true chocolatier and has such a natural ability when creating his selection. Everything is divine and well worth the drive to Niagara.

A friend and I stopped in simply to buy a chocolate or two and were blown away by the service. The chef/baker who was working at the time was incredibly kind! Being a young person, I am often greeting with poor service at higher end places such as these but he was incredibly sweet, no pun intended. The chocolate is divine and the chocolate&caramel covered pretzels are to die for.

Love the set up and the way they make the apples with the chocolate in front of you. Asked for a new fresh apple and they had no problem giving it to me.

Dealing with Wes at ROCKY ROAD CHOCOLATE FACTORY was an amazing experience! We required over 100 chocolate dipped pretzels for party favours for our fundraiser with very little notice. Not only did they make the impossible happen but they individually wrapped each one for us. The staff is always super pleasant and helpful and everything is freshly made. I highly recommend them to create a unique party favour for weddings baptisms or even fundraisers. Thank you Wes for always being wonderful to deal with.

A) and Mexican we love our candy and love to tryout out candies from across the globe. The location is clean with great customer service. I got the 4 bar special for $16 Canadian dollars and a side of caramel with no nut popcorn. The popcorn tastes great but the chocolate candy was delicious soft, I really enjoyed the Canadian firecracker chocolate bar it did felt like real fireworks in your mouth. I away from the main tourist site but it worth it since none of the tourists places carriers authentic Canadian candy. I highly recommend this place!

A high-end type of chocolate store. Sampled a variety of chocolate creations. So far the white chocolate covered, red velvet ball had a very weird bitter taste, as well as a horrible after taste. The other pieces were delicious. Price is on the high end
