What a year to get first for my motorcycle service was good. I don't think I'd spend a lot of money here because things are just too expensive. Nice display of bikes. Then again I can probably find the same motorcycle that they have on the floor used in the private market for a better price. I don't think I'd pay $60 for a ball cap for example when I got the same hat off the internet for 15 bucks good place to stop in at socialize I have a copy take part and some of the special events on Saturdays during the riding season have a free coffee and then jump on your motorcycle and go for a ride

Awesome group of folks running this amazing dealership!

Purchased my 2015 CVO Limited through a no-name bike seller and the bike had a few issues that were overlooked. Rocky’s immediately took the bike in and did some diagnosing on the sound system. They found out that both front speakers were blown so they gave me an amazing deal on a decent used set and put them in for me just to get me by until the place I bought the bike from replaces them for me.

Awesome bunch of guys in the service department and I will definitely be back!

I have always been treated great when dealing with Jen on my purchase of my motorcycle at Rockys. I over time I have bought two bikes with her help. Great girl to deal with. Thanks Jen. Had my bike dyno tuned by Rockies and the tune was awful! It ran worse when they were done with it. No road test at all. They advanced the ignition way too much and leaned it out and turned it into a ping monster. Even at cruise speed it would ping like crazy. When I asked about having it returned they straight up said that will be another 500$ and told me I needed to book it in with the service department because there had to be an issue with my bike and not the tune…. It didn’t ping before they had hands on it. Took it to another tuning centre down by Hamilton and it ran amazing after that.

I have ordered parts and paid for expedited shipping only to have them forget to ship it…for a week! I called back 3 days later because it should have arrived the next day and they said they shipped it. I called back a week later and they realized it was still on the shelf and had never been mailed out!

Our first bike purchase, 2012, (1991 FLHS), we still own this work of art.she's been hassle free, and steps up for every ride. She now has 165k kms. I rebuilt the push rods and lifters, rebuilt the clutch, throttle cable and return cable, a couple other minor repairs we were able to execute ourselves.great purchase.thank you

I own two bikes - 2017 Streetglide Special and a 2003 Fatboy Anniversary. My glide had a glitch with the clutch and it was put on a flatbed and taken to the dealership. It was checked by Jeff and Ang was my contact person. Then my '03 needed service and it was there by fluke at the same time as my glide. Rich called and let me know what it needed and got consent to do the work.
My Glide just needed fluid, and it was no charge! Now that is a SUPER cool! I did not expect that from any dealership! Thank you, Ang!
My '03 had some minor work done to it and they washed my bike and it was all ready to come home. It was our first time utlising the HD dealership as we have usually supported smaller shops and mechanics.
We are DEFINITELY going back to Rocky's for our service on the 3 bikes!

Top notch! I was recently on a memorial ride and had a front wheel bearing failure. I contacted Rocky’s on a Sunday afternoon to enquire about having my electraglide towed to their location for repair. Although the service department was not operating on a Sunday my call was received by Doug in motorcycle sales. Doug was a complete professional and showed his passion for not only motorcycles but for the people who ride them in offering to return on his off hrs to put my bike inside as well as get an email off to the service department regarding the issue the bike was there for. Rich and Angelo in service have been equally professional and extremely helpful throughout the repair process.
I’d like to thank Rocky’s Harley and their staff for making this ordeal easy to navigate. You guys are top notch.

I just had the most amazing service from both parts department and service, Todd in parts a d Rick in service had a issue on property with my bike and Todd andRick helped me out took my bike in and repaired Asap got me back on the road thanks for going the xtrà mile you have truly earned my bussiness for years to come

Rocky’s understands it’s customers. They have a passion for what they do and the staff in all departments want to share your passion. I’ve bought my bikes, parts, clothes and accessories form Rocky’s and every time was a great experience. They also put on amazing events and support local charities. I love dealing with them.

I recently bought a used sportster and took it to Rocky's to have the whole bike looked over and have a safety done. Friendly service staff had me thinking this was going to be a good experience. Couldn't have been more wrong. Communication beyond the first report of what the bike was going to need was non existent. 4.5 weeks to do what a good technician could have done in 2 days. I was told 3 times that it only needed "one more thing and a test drive and it would be done. " And all those times i heard nothing for a couple of days afterwards until i would call or stop in. The last 2 issues were a neutral starting switch and apparently a baffle issue. Again, no call to let me know these additional issues. I do my final follow up and final get word i can pick up the bike. While riding home i notice how much the bike vibrates. And not a "normal for a Harley" vibration. I also notice a lot of top end motor noise. I have less than 100 kilometers on the bike after service and after what I've gone through I'm not taking back to Rocky's. I know bikes well enough. I dig into the bike and find the rear exhaust bolts are almost falling off. This had to be removed along with the pully cover by Rocky's to do the neutral starting switch. I also found a hack job repair done to the baffle on that pipe to keep it in place. The right side forward controls were loose. The front motor mount was loose (not anything they did but you would have noticed the vibration while test riding it). I'll be the first to admit that the bike i purchased is not the prettiest. I rescued it from it's previous owner and have big plans for it over the winter. Sad to say, Rocky's won't be fitting into any future plans where my business is concerned. If Jeff Duncan still owned the place i know my experience would have been better.

Honestly worst dealer ship in Ontario, not a helpful person in the place. In my experience it’s just a bunch of fake people just trying to get as much money as they can out of you. Personally I’d travel to any other Harley dealership, probably get treated better

Rocky’s Harley Davidson is extremely well put together and managed. I have experienced nothing but excellent service and purchases throughout the Team. I am always greeted with friendliness etc and the staff is well versed in their products.

We went in on our Anniversary to buy Harley gear and a 110th Anniversary special caught our attention and the rest is history. Much thanks to Jenn, John and all the staff who helped us. I am very pleased to become a part of the Rocky’s Harley Davidson family. Ride Long Live Free Dave and Tracey McLennan Also want to recognize Eli and Daryl for the care given. Much respect

Rocky's is amazing! This is not just a dealership, Rocky's is a destination for any Harley Davidson fan in Southwestern Ontario. From the moment you walk in you feel like you belong. Such a great atmosphere and they are always running great events.

Full disclosure, I am not a motorcycle rider and I still like visiting Rocky's when the opportunity arises.

I am always impressed when I visit. Amazing place, amazing staff.

The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, however the pricing is outrageous, and the store is big, clean with lots of merchandise.

I was looking to purchase my very first Harley, Always wanted one but was never in to position to have one until now.

I looked online and found Rocky's. I then browsed their website for pre -owned bikes and found a nice Dyna Low Rider. I applied for financing and a day or two later Jennifer contacted me to tell me my loan on the Low Rider was approved. Awesome I thought, I'm going to get my dream bike, A Harley! I was again contacted by Jennifer saying that the bike was on consignment and that there was a maximum loan amount because of this fact and that I would be required to provide a down payment that was more that the normal 10%. I though no big deal maybe 15% or so. Nope they want $4000. That's 3.5 times more than their normal 10% On a bike listed at $9999. I seriously was thinking 1500/2000 down Why even bother financing at all.
