Great place location wise. The rooms are just fine as long as you are not expecting luxury. Rooms were clean, bedding clean however our room did not have a fridge. I think all rooms should have one but you can ask for a room with a fridge. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer and coffee making facilities available. Vending machine for snacks and cold drinks just down the corridor which was handy. Ice machine on the 2nd floor. I was thankful we were on the ground floor as I have a bad knee and there are no lifts. The corridor is a little musky but no issue in the room. Zippis restaurant right outside reception and Niagara Falls just a quick walk away. Very convenient position. Staff were friendly and the manager very helpful in fixing a little booking issue we had. Would stay again.

Was not really impressed with the room, walked in and first thing I noticed was the smell, it smelt like mould and my grandmas house mixed together. Also didn’t have a light in the bathroom so I had to shower with the flashlight on my phone. There was spider webs all over the room and the bed sheets were stained and had pieces of hair in it. I asked management if we could get our room re-cleaned and as I came back to the room all they had changed were the bed sheets. Great location tho, close to many things.

I didn’t even get to stay. Sadly the wrong date was reserved for my booking and I called literally 18 times PLUS I left a voice mail and no one called me back. All I wanted was my date to be moved to the correct date for the reservation or cancel it not at all possible. So now I’m out almost $130 and I didn’t receive a phone call when on the voicemail it stated someone will call you in a few hours…. It was about 10: 35pm at night and I continuously called and left a voicemail, I waited up tirelessly until 2am for that call back - I got nothing! Still nothing! Absolutely pathetic. No regard for people trying to contact the hotel and no customer service. Guess the $130 I paid is my loss… awesome!

Friendly check in/out.
The TV in the room was almost non functional, fresh towels, ac/heat didn't work properly (turned off after 20mins), dirty shoes left in room discovered upon arrival, large king bed, but terrible pillows, there was a window connecting the bathroom to the bedroom which felt kind of strange.

The room service from the on-property restaurant ends at 830pm.
They should have more food options as the vending machines are too expensive, and are over half empty.
The advertised ice machine was also broken.

Also one of the light covers almost hit us as it fell from the ceiling in the hallway.

Overall not worth what we paid for two nights $400+.

Staff is wonderful and it's located at the heart of the Falls but the rooms leave a lot to be desired.

First time to this location. We had one of the rooms at the back. It was great to have some seating infront of our door. Beds were comfy. Room clean and shower wonderful and hot! Only downside is there is no mini fridge and the ice machine is located near the main office so a bit of a walk. About 8 min walk (not even if you cut through the parking lots) to the fallsview OLG casino.

Its close to the convention center which is good and rooms were clean but no fridges, no microwave. Tv had 6 channels, towels were like using sandpaper. And I know people say it's cheap but for what we paid we could have stayed across the street for the same cost with breakfast included. We also had an issue with one reservation not being cancelled when I changed it. We checked in early Thursday and should have been notified when then when it was obvious that we had too reservations but staff claimed to not have noticed until the 24hr cancellation period had passed. Spend a little extra and Stay somewhere with free parking, fridges and microwaves.

Booked through Expedia. Canceled our booking and rebooked. They charged us an extra night because Expedia never canceled, and management was unavailable to discuss. Never again with this place.

The location was good, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was reasonable. In my opinion, that's a fair option if you don't want to spend the extra bucks.

We stayed for 3 nights, and the only complaint that we have is that the room didn’t have a microwave or a fridge. Collin the night shift desk worker was extremely friendly and helpful and even walked us to our room after a night out gone wrong. Overall our stay was pleasant and we would come back again!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the falls within walking distance. It is a smaller Hotel that is in need of a little upgrading. Hallway rugs could use most definitely a good cleaning I would say probably need to be replaced. The room I had, the washroom had been upgraded so it was very nice. But the rest of the room was once again looking a little tired. Could you use a little upgrading. Also not being told upon check-in of The Limited housekeeping was rather frustrating. Also the sheets on our bed need to be replaced as the elastic on the bottom sheet was pretty much gone.

Friends and I booked through Groupon. Nice and clean rooms for what we paid. Staff was very Friendly and did great.
Could be updated but if they update we would be paying more money if they did update.
Great hotel for spending the weekend in Niagara Falls.

Great value! Recently stayed for 3 nights, the room was clean and spacious, and the beds very comfortable.
This is a super location, convenient and close to all the attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly. Old place with plumbing issues. Only really well running thing was the AC unit. Cheap kinda clean place for a night.

No fridge or microwave for rooms, best you got is an ice machine and 1 microwave on the second floor, rooms are nice but bathrooms need more ventilation so they don't turn into a wet sauna when you shower

The price that had been agreed on six weeks prior to the actual stay.was not honoured. The bride made the agreement for guests attending her wedding. The agreed on price was $164.66 taxes included and free parking. I showed the desk clerk this agreement which I had on my phone but he said I would have to talk to Maderna, the manager to get this price. I have been trying to reach her all week. The charge that came through on my MasterCard statement is $199.46.
We also informed the clerk on duty when we checked out that the toilet was not working right, the Tv would not work and we had trouble drawing the privacy curtain. Needless to say, we would not recommend Rodeway Inn Fallsview. They do not honour their agreements. Our reservation was August 13,2022 for one night. The night clerk and the morning clerk were very friendly. The manager cannot be relied on to answer calls and honour agreements. We also left our email so she could contact us but she did not do this either.

I wish the management/owners cared more about this hotel because it has so much potential.
Pros: Location, friendly and efficient staff, large rooms with unique design features.
Cons: The interior and exterior of the hotel needs some major TLC, parking is extra and seems costly for the type of accommodations, pool is closed, offers about 10 TV channels and some are patchy, A/C is kind of loud and leaves a strong musty smells (but is very cold)

My family and I were planning on visiting Niagara Falls for a while now and we decided to book tickets last-minute as we were busy earlier. We found this hotel on Expedia and looked through everything and the images looked great. The pool looked clean, the rooms were well organized and the hotel looked amazing on the outside as well. However that was only in the images. I wouldn't say it was terrible but it wasn't what I was expecting. Unlike other hotels, this place was located with a rundown building right next to it. The rooms were quite spacious but there was a strange odour. The air conditioning in the room was very loud and we were unable to sleep all night. The TV didn't have any signal and the coffee machine was dirty. The washroom was very small and the cold water tap didn't work properly. There was no microwave or mini-fridge in the room. The outdoor pool was dirty and right in the middle of the parking lot. There wasn't much to the exterior of the hotel. The rooms were accessible from only the outside of the building and there were parking spots directly outside which made it feel as if it was worse than a motel. I've been to many hotels around the world in the UAE, Europe, and North America. Considering I spent nearly $270 including taxes and parking, I would say I didn't get my money's worth. Personally, I wouldn't come back here again.

The hotel staff doesn't know how to manage their room bookings. We had a bad experience with the hotel. We booked 3 rooms for a night, and when we came to check-in in the evening, they told us that they do have reservation in the system but don't have any room available for us. We asked them to arrange rooms for no extra charge in any other hotel and they were not even willing to do that. How is that fair being a customer!? The front desk guy named Aayush was still nice and very understanding but his manager didn't sound understanding and didn't get us a fair solution. All this experience made me give this hotel 2 stars in my review.

I made a reservation through a 3rd party app at this hotel for Canada Day weekend. When I arrived at the hotel they said they had no record of my reservation, even after I showed them my confirmation email. After initially claiming they "would take care of everything" they proceeded to tell me they wouldn't do anything to help me and I couldn't stay at their hotel as they we're fully booked (even though I had an email confirming my reservation), which left us with nowhere to stay as it was 7pm on Canada day and all other hotels in the area were also fully booked.

The room is clean but need to update their draperies. Found white curtains in the table. Just a place to crash at the end of the day. They waved parking fee for us which is very nice.

Location is ok. The falls aren't too far and you get to look at some decent hotels.
There was no television service in the entire hotel and the phones didn't work either.
Also noticed that the red light, not green, was flashing on the smoke detector.
Hotel appeared as though it may be actually unsafe for guests.
The ladies cleaning the rooms did a good job and were quite pleasant to guests.
This is not a place I would stay at again, nor could I recommend staying here.
They also charge for outdoor parking which seems ridiculous as you are already paying for a room.
If possible avoid the Rodeway.

Booked this hotel a month ago and one week before my stay at this hotel they canceled. Very disappointed in this service and now we’re left looking for a new hotel. Terrible experience.
