The rogers are so rude to their customers and they are not willing to return our leased phones and they are saying that the are not responsible for what happening to the phones but we called rogers and they told us to come to this location and return it. The rogers employees name is Jonathan.

My husband, myself and our two teen children came in to get new phones for the four of us. We were served by Payal. She was incredibly proficient and made what is normally quite complicated, go very smoothly. Happy customers!

I was in Kingston from out of town and needed to replace my phone quickly. Victoria was the most attentive salesperson.responsive, quick and very friendly. I watched her colleague Mitch go out of his way to help a senior couple with some phone logistics. They followed all health and safety protocols. Shoppers in Kingston, if you need outstanding cell related services, this is the place. Many thanks from a more than satisfied customer.

I dealt with Andrew today at Rogers and he went above and beyond my expectations. He helped save me money on my plan and explained a lot of things I needed help with. Both he and Julie are kind, knowledgeable and work hard to get you what need efficiently.

A+ friendly service. Andrew and Julie, the managers, are fantastic! Andrew helped me pick and set up my new phone - he even installed the screen protector for me (I'm notoriously bad at that). He explained the contract very well, and told me about all my options, which I find hasn't been the case at other Rogers locations.

Great service st the start.asked if I wanted a Rogers MasterCard (cashback) and I specifically asked if they was an annual fee. I was told no by Ben.there is a fee of $29 annually.not happy.the plan I got included a free tablet Samsung and I bought the iPhone as well.there was no discussion of a $10 monthly charge to my account for services. I wasn't told that nor did I ask for it.

Tried twice to talk to same reps at the store.there was a lineup of people. I waited 40 mins and left matter unresolved. I went back 2 hrs later same thing major lineup.no acknowledgement by staff that I was even there once let alone 2 times. I waited and left again after another 40 minutes.how stupid am I you say.stupid. I've been with Rogers for over 15 years and they still amaze me with their steadiness at these local stores.
