The service is not professional. Aren't the employee trained before they start their jobs? I bought a new phone with fido and just went to this store to pick up my phone. One of the guy tried to get me to keep using Rogers and tried to price match with me new plan. In the end, I refused and just wanted to pick up my phone. He was very nice to help me to port in my number from Rogers to Fido. As the result, I can’t return my old phone to Rogers because the account is already changed to Fido and I need to pay Rogers the balance of $640. Now I need to pay the down payment for the new phone and the balance for the old phone. I seriously doubt the guy did it on purpose. Don’t go there, not recommend.

Came here to return internet hardware and the store is closed until December 11th. I only knew because of the printed sign on the door. Wasted my time as the phone agent didn't disclose this to me and neither is it online that there is a temporary closure

First of all, Not every customer is a thief (The way this store staff treat people while walking in is totally absurd and gives the customer a feeling of humiliation). In addition, the staff is so rude, besides as a big company, you could expect good customer service from them but could go totally opposite at this location, they ‘ll simply need a refresher that how to deal with a customer with courtesy. As a Rogers customer (since the last 5 years), my visit to this location was the worst one. Being optimistic, I believe they’ll improve their customer service level in the future.

Sheeba the Rogers store manager was amazing! I recommend everyone going to this store for all their needs, she goes out of her way without having to ask! Can’t wait to receive survey 10/10!

The employees in that store have no courtesy or any people skills what so ever. I get to the door, which is locked for security, the representative says "What do you want? " like I ma there to rob them, how unprofessional. Not a "Hello how can we help you? " just "what do you want? " - Rogers has had recent struggles recently for their service, based on their hiring techniques I am so not surprised. Really disappointed, avoid this store if you are looking for customer service.

I needed to get a new SIM card, they said they can't activate a new SIM card in store and I should call the customer service number. I called the customer service representative and she said there is no reason why they cannot do it from the store, because doing it over the phone will take a couple of days.
No one in the store had a smile on, they all acted very weird and unwelcoming. Very bad experience.

An year ago, I have received my Rogers connection from this store. I have 4 connections from Rogers and I went in this store to resolve a dispute with billing and the Guys working here said they can’t resolve it coz I need to go to a store where I activated my 4th line to resolve the issue. I don’t understand are these store Franchise or a direct Rogers Store. The employees working at this store look at their faces you don’t even see a smile to serve customer and also I enquire about the Rogers Wireless Home Phone device the guy don’t even know what is RJ11 port. I don’t recommend anyone going this store coz since the beginning I got all the connections I have been lied and wasn’t clear about Activation fees and all that. That’s why you will see employees here won’t be same and always you will see different faces. Definitely something is wrong with this store.
