Fist of all They called me to let me know a New phone I ordered was ready for pick up, and walked me trough the process for my upgrade over the phone. Went to the store and Jay the guy was very friendly, helping, polite and profesional; the store is clean and organized.
All information he gave me was right. Best costumer service experience in 10 years. Well recommended.

I got a phone from rogers and the Salesman named Jay Patel gave his best to give me good deal. Very Happy with the salesmanship from Jay.

I went to this store to return my phone when my contract expired. I wasn’t really keen on continuing with rogers after my previous experience but then I met the store manager, Priyanka who was extremely helpful. She patiently answered all my queries and gave me an excellent deal with a new phone and cheaper plan. I would definitely refer this store to anyone who are looking for an amazing customer service experience.

I went at Rogers to get a new phone for my boyfriend and the service provided by Priyanka was very professional. She knew what she was doing and she was so helpful. Best customer service ever!

I had a very personal important issue that occurred to me, so I came to this store for assistance. Crysteen was the one who assisted me, even though she explained her short time there; she was amazing and so sweet. I will be definitely be coming back for all my Rogers needs:)

This was based on an experience almost 4 years ago now but I thought it was worth sharing. I went in to the store in October of 2018 to look at getting a new phone. Matt who was the only person working was very busy with about 3-4 people in the store waiting to speak with him as he assisted the customer he was with already. He seemed very nice and helpful but I was thinking "What kind of business let's only one person work all day without anyone else? " Especially when an upgrade of a phone can take a while to answer all the questions a customer will have. I found out from one of the other customers that the rest of the staff had quit and that Matt had been there just himself for the last two days. The store is not owned by Rogers themselves but by another company. It seems they had no respect for their employees safety. I'm not sure if this has changed in the last few years but I would maybe choose another store to go to if you can.

Extremely disappointing and although this store is in my neighbourhood I will never go to it again. Door locked, have to await staff letting you in. Sign requests mask wearing although staff did not wear masks. I have a problem charging my I Phone and although they had suggestions none they could help me with. Total disinterest from staff. Maybe this store should be closed.

This is the worst Rogers store I have ever been too. Made the mistake of trying again and was reminded of why I always avoided it.

I came looking to get a screen protector and a case for a new phone and was told to wait outside in the cold because there were already 3 customers in the store and apparently that’s their limit during covid even though everyone is still required to wear masks. I will never be coming back to a Rogers store again.

Only reason I'm not giving this a zero is because there is not a NO STAR option. I walked in the store trying to get help and signup to Rogers. I just had some very basic questions about service fees, and how the cancelation fees work. I was served by a rep named Francisco, who seemed very inconvenient by answering my questions, he looked more interested in talking with his friends at the store than he did in helping me. When I continued asking my questions he was annoyed and not helpful at all. I ended up walking away and not buying anything from this store.

Upgraded my Iphone7 to an IphoneXR this past week and Gerard (store manager at this location) was most helpful. He was able to patiently crunch numbers with me and walk me through the process, as well as weigh out my options to best suit my needs. It was helpful to have someone who was knowledgeable with the inventory and company policies provide info in a friendly and pressure free manner. He also helped me to find a proper phone case and transfer files from my old phone to the new one, all while assisting other customers during appropriate times. I very much appreciated his professionalism and look forward to sharing my new plan with friends at work.

Niaaz was so helpful. He set up my daughters phone that we purchased from the store. He did it in a jiffy and he’s very knowledgeable.

Went to return equipment as I switched to different provider. Had to wait 30+ minutes to simply return equipment. Was assisted by Reubens first whose replies were intended to be helpful but full of passive aggressiveness. Was then assisted by Niaaz who actually apologized for the wait. He then did the check of my equipment in about 5 minutes and this is the only reason why this place did not get one star. The location is very clean and does have a little waiting area in addition to an automated queueing system. Disclaimer: this is a subjective review of a single interaction of a single individual at one point in time.
