If I could leave zero stars, I would. I deal with customers all day and can't believe how the staff here behave. I was made to wait outside (for what I thought was a capacity reason?) when I walked in, there was only one customer sitting down being helped. Do they care about business? Meanwhile, I came by to return an item I was upsold on and told my old charger wouldn't charge my new iphone (lies) so I came to return it. It was beyond their 15 day return policy and the sales person Hoss refused to help in any capacity, he said only a manager could do anything and they are not in after hours (I came at 6pm because I work full time business hours). I inquired what bappens when anyone needs assistance or even staff need to seek a manager for after hours assistance and he shrugged his shoulders and said that never happens. Clearly it does, in my
case. The attitude is indifferent if you aren't there to buy anything and I have had several issues the handful of times I have been in. If you read the reviews, they speak for themself. Take your business elsewhere where it will actually be valued.

We were lucky to find these people. We were so frustrated by not having proper internet from Bell. At best 3 Mbps
These two people set us up with their new internet system and we now have fantastic speed.
The installer was super.

This location went above and beyond helping me get the service I wanted. Sonjay was the man who helped me and he made me feel so welcomed and defiantly put a smile on my face the whole time. I highly recommend this location especially being helped by Sonjay.

I have always had really experiences with Rogers but my visit to this location was just above and beyond. I was going in to upgrade my phone and Chris made the whole experience easy, simple, and he did the most possible to ensure I was getting a great deal in the end and ensured I was happy with my upgraded device. I was so impressed by his service and knowledge, it as an all around good experience!

For decades ive been suffering with rogers. Adding charges when it feels lije it, poor services, horribke customer servicr. Today i spent 40 minutes talking to desiree re a charge that has bern added to my bill for 4 months. Then she put me on hold fir 15 min. Then catherine a manager came on and i told her ive decided to cancel internet. They think its funny.

This has been a problem forever. Dec 2019 same problem, fixed by a senior supervisor but it took hours of conversations and months. Then by virgina knox in the presidents office in june, same issue, same horrible service. Ive cancelled cellphone, then cable and now after having reached the end of my patience, im cancelling internet.

They were a great help, and I loved the attention to detail in respecting the disinfecting between customers! Totally awesome! They were extremely helpful, and gave me important info.

If I could put zero I will. This location has very rude staff, We visited the store because would like to purchase a smartphone but we were treated condescendingly. The guy named Saman who I think is the manager treated us with disrespect. I hope Rogers will hire people who are able to provide good customer service not like the current staff.

Went in looking to upgrade one phone as part of a share everything plan. Was told I had to upgrade the other phone too for $30 more per month. Went to Costco and was told that this wasn't the case. In other words, Rogers in Barrhaven tried to get an extra $720 out of me over a 2 year plan. Now, this could have been an uninformed staff member but it's still inexcusable.

Oh - Barrhaven Costco has great service and isn't out to scam you.

The explanation given about internet Ignite service isn't right in the Barrhaven area. The speed hasn't improved compare to what I had before

Overpriced company needs for rename to Robbers. They do give you discounts and deals for 6 to 12 months when you call and complain though. I find their reception not very good in most rural areas around Ottawa. Their internet service is extremely fast and reliable however. I had high end cable internet for many years in Craig Henry and it might have went down 2 or 3 times total.

Hossam was extremely rude, condescending and unhelpful. He was dismissive to my inquiries, did not provide me with technical details on the device he was pushing me to get (iPhone 7). I later learned that there were better options for me in terms of a new device from a roommate who called in and spoke to Chris (very helpful gentlemen).

This was the probably the worst customer service I have received. I had to ask Hossam multiple times what my options were for my device upgrade. He does not care about his customers which resulted in me going back to exchange my phone.

However, Solomon was very helpful, respectful and kind. He clearly presented my options to me and I am very satisfied with my new phone!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I needed to Upgrade some Services and they directed me to customer Service for the best rates. They gave me a phone from their location that they already dialed the Roger's number and put me in contact with a Representative. They were great on the phone. I got the best bang for my Service with no stress. I recommend this location and the excellent and knowledgeable staff. Please like my review.

Very rude staff and don't have full knowledge of their products. In case of any issue their simple response will be "We don't know and we can't do anything"

The store is nicely laid out, but don't let appearances fool you. THEY WILL ACTIVELY TRY TO RIP YOU OFF. When I came in to pick up my new Galaxy S9 yesterday, the guy at the counter tried to charge me $250 for a $0 phone. After repeatedly asking him to call the company, he finally did, and of course was told that the phone was $0. He then sourly refunded me and was cranky for the rest of the interaction. I absolutely do not recommend going to this store as they will take any chance they can get to scam you. If you must go, make sure to bring paperwork with you so that you can be certain you're not being ripped off.

P. S: The redhead 'small business specialist' is the guy to watch out for. He will attempt to to tack additional fees onto your transaction.
