So sick of rogers and shaw nothing but lies for years they try and come after u after things fall of ur credit report and with 3 police reports saying my identity was stolen they wont give me some service they can't get my text issues fixed after 3 years 3 phones a million Sim card replacements and when u switch from shaw to rogers they don't tell you everything and end up cutting off ur service they are rude can't use my pronouns always calling me sir when I'm female and they are so disrespectful to the disabled and actively try to deceive disabled ppl today I called the bbb on them and the consumer protection ppl and I won't stop there u wanted this war well I will finish maybe they should do there research and figure out who I am cuz ur about to find out I finish wars ppl start I always win I won't stop there I will also be calling my lawyer today and alot of government officials today what you do to disabled ppl is wrong it will end I promise you that

This is a really wonderful Rogers store. Excellent customer service. Rahul and Dave were so wonderful and took the time to get me the best deal. Highly recommend!

Dave and his sales team were friendly, helpful, and took time to answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend visiting the store for any of your rogers needs.

This is an amazing store thanks to Jhustin. I called for weeks searching for the best phone for myself, and Jhustin was amazing helping me find it! His customer service skills and friendly attitude made me feel very welcome. He helped me with everything I was looking for plus more. Thank you for setting me up with my new phone bro!

I first went to this store almost a month ago; and since then, my wife and I has been there several times to buy many products such as pre-paid plans, post-paid plans, smartphones, home internet, accessories, etc!
Chester helped us a lot. He is really a friendly and supportive employee. He patiently solved our problems and provided best offers to us!

There were two employees inside and I was told they were going on their break and would be back in one hour. In the front door there was a open sign and store hours 11am - 6 pm and was 3: 00

They require ID to enter the store. FYI Health cards don't count. Will gladly take my business elsewhere.

There was no attempt to even interact with the people waiting outside. Waited 10 minutes and gave up. There were only 2 of us outside but a quick pop out to give an estimate of how long it would take would have gone a long way.

This particular shop is terrible in customer service. They don't even answer the phone and when they do they disconnect you. Find another location!

Went in to the store today to add a cell phone plan to my existing account
The person who I met had no idea what he was doing and suggested creating another account for me!
I knew sth was wrong so I came home and called Rogers customer service who was able to help me adding the cell phone to my account and confirmed the error the store was about to make

Do not take your business accounts here, limited services and poor customer service communication. If you find yourself here avoid Saad if he isn’t intrusive when you arrive.

Great Place, Good experienced staff, well trained and mannered. The overall store looks very good and the service was excellant. Brought my S9 Plus with good deal. Rogers plan was also excellant. Definitely recommending this store.

I've had a couple of problems with my home phone and internet recently and the staff at this location has always been able to fix the problems.

There is street parking (green P) available if needed, while waiting at this store.

The only reason why I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because of the slightly long wait-times at this location, which I think is because they are under-staffed here.

Just had yet another terrible experience with this store. Went to purchase a new phone and apparently an Ontario health card, credit cards and bank card does not represent enough ID to prove my identity. No flexibility at all. I'm off to Bell where they understand customer service.

The best thing about it for me was leaving Rogers all together!
I wasn’t happy with my service and whenever I called in I would be more disappointed than before until I decided enough was enough. That’s about the company and their rip-off policy, but my experience at this location was quite fascinating and not in a pleasant way!
As I entered the store I was acknowledged by one of the two staff. As I politely presented them with the modem (such a technology indeed), they lost interest in me, scanned the barcode and processed it in silence. Barely even answering my goodbye!
It can be the training or pressure on staff for sales. I am glad I respected myself by cutting Rogers off my life.
