Went there with a concern on a business account, apparently they don’t deal with business accounts regularly but Basil went beyond and helped me out a lot, welcoming and did their best to get my concerns addressed
He was so patient and took his time with me

I hate this particular location, they lock the door, they can see you approach the doors with boxes of their equipment and instead want to play games, and ask for ID, who is rogers to demand ID? I have things to do put some grown ups in the store. Rogers hands down is the worst IT provider, and now they own shaw they could give 2fux less than they used to, what an achievement to unlock.

Adam and the Manager Akash they’re both rude and unprofessional and not respectful they’re selfish and I have no idea how rogers let them run a whole store by them self I went for SIM replacement they asked me for fee I told them I have got one few days ago at a different store with no charge they was like no you have to pay!
I left the store and I went to square one location I got the SIM with no charge
BTW the whole time I was at the store the Manager Akash was Playing game on his phone even when I went to talk to him what a Manage!

The manager here is lovely and very protective of his staff. He has helped probably every one of my family members patiently and with RESPECT. However, I have been in the store when customers yell at his staff or him and threaten bad reviews and love that he doesn't allow his staff to be mistreated. So honorable. I needed to write and say what a wonderful customer experience the manager and staff will provide when you treat them like a human being

The bald guy (manager) is rude and unprofessional.
Adam was lied to me and I got trap with the contract for 2 years.
He admitted his mistake and did nothing. Just keep asking to call customer supports to buy his time. You should feel guilty for what you did. Instead of looking for solution to fix your mistake, he just keep hiding in store and refuse to talk. Hope you can hide in this store for the rest of your life.

Terrible service, the girl helping me was lazy to the point of brain dead. I had to keep convincing her to look up my account. Ridiculous, in the end she said it's better to deal with the call center.

I'm not sure if it is even legal in Mississauga/Ontario to ask customers to look at the camera before letting you in? Maybe that's for security, but the vibe i got inside the store makes me wonder if this kind of Rogers stores (not just this one) helps the brand or should exist. I have been with Rogers for more than 20 years, and I have never felt this before (By the way, there were 3 employees there and doing nothing and no other customers inside). @Rogers, you can do all the fancy ads, but in the end, your interactions and service to customers will make the real difference.

It is the worst place to go. I was really very upset with their service. The employees were very rude and they did not even give me proper information about the product I purchased. I don’t know why they opened the store if they do not know how to deal with customer. Really very disappointed with the service. Never ever visit this place

I bought a new phone and plan from Rogers during Black Friday. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. AJ particularly was an amazing representative. He was very knowledgeable, patient, honest and provided us with exceptional customer service, from helping me choose my plan/ device to setting up the device and answering all of my questions in between.

Had a great experience with ANRAJ, he was super awesome.honestly this was the best experience I have had at a phone store. Anraj was really patient and set everything up for me. Everyone was polite and I got really awesome deals there!: D

I went to the store to get an iPhone 13 on Black Friday and was helped by Adam and Aj. They were both very helpful and I would definitely recommend either one of them

Absolutely blown away by the customer experience we had with AJ (Alex). He’s next level with his passion, knowledge, and the special care he provided. He went out of his way for me and my wife, and she’s a tough customer. And I ask a million questions and know my stuff. Also doesn’t hurt he saved us literally hundreds of dollars on the many products we left the store with! Rogers also currently has a deal on the iPhone 13 unmatched by others and I checked. AJ thanks again for everything. Someone promote this guy!

Oh my god, the service here is absolutely amazing. AJ was wonderful, he helped me with so many things and answered all my questions. If you ever need a phone or just a new plan go to AJ he made my experience at rogers unforgettable! I would give him 10 stars if I could!

I visited the store a few weeks ago and Aj helped me with some accessories for my phone. He was extremely helpful and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Aj for all your mobile needs.

Their customer service is really bad. I had to call the head office three times before I got my SIM card for my phone.

They don't accept customers at 5.50pm while supposed to be closing at 6.00pm.
Their system stops working, even their phone lines.

I went into this location to pick up my brand new iphone 13. I had to wait for over a hour, I then returned 11 days later as I wanted a bigger phone and it literally takes 4 to 5 people to resolve things at this unprofessional location. It was a horrible experience and I will NEVER be returning. These reps needs to be trained accordingly they have no idea how to assist customers.

Worst customer service. Customer service representatives I dealt with today were both lazy and rude. I arrived 15 minutes before closing and they already had the door locked! They put 0 effort into being empathetic or even trying to help you resolve the issue at hand. While trying to explain the issue I was experiencing, they cut me off mid sentence and tried to tell me a solution without even letting me finish explaining what the issue was! How do you know the solution to the problem if you dont bother listening to the problem? Clearly they were more worried about going home rather than helping me out with a solution. Dont waste your time here.

My internet hasn't been working for a few weeks now! No @ lights, no internet connections, 3 technicians came & all of sudden it comes back on when they come. We watch 1 movie on Netflix & shut off to go to bed. The next day same thing again, no fking internet! I'm working full-time & hardly home. But when I am home spending time on Rogers call & telling me I'm booked in the next 2 days! WTH am I still doing on the phone right now, again? No stars from us!

Super helpful staff! I was struggling trying to get my cable to work, so I went to the store to see if I could get some assistance. The employee was amazing. Walked me through everything and explained that all I needed was a Rogers Box! He helped me get one registered under my name, start a "my rogers" account, and made sure that I even had a remote! Super pleased with the customer service here.

The worst rogers center I have gone to. The staff is very rude and do not want to help you. Do not waste your time and money here. The square one staff is way better.

Deserves 0 stars, worst location you can possible go to. The staff especially Robert are very lazy, uneducated and rude. The staff have no idea what they are doing, and have some serious attitude! Not sure why they are so miserable and lack basic knowledge.don’t bother calling because they will hang up on you. WORST SERVICE STAY AWAY!

This location is one of the more customer freindly sites.
Bring a strip mall you has its downside with weather but the upside is that there are no loiterers just wandering in causing a nuisance like in a nirmal mall.
Customer service is actually helpful here.

They screwed up 4 times to get my sim card right.and billed me for every one. First they couldn't get my number onto it. Then they canceled my brothers sim and not mine. Makeing both cards in op. Then they screwed that's up again. 3 days later I got it sorted out. And they refunded the sim card fees. Worst services. The staff seems more interested in carrying on a conversation then doing their jobs.

This is by far the worst Rogers location I’ve ever been to. I’ve been using Rogers for about 15 years and have visited numourous locations all over but this one is the worst. They hang up on you if you ask questions they can’t answer, the staff is extremely rude. I’m surprised Rogers continues to let them operate.

The location is convinient for me but I just go to square one now. It’s a way better location. Grabbed a new phone at the square one location and the service was great. They throw in a few items to top it off.

I suggest driving the extra 5 min to go to the mall.
