Came in last weekend when my iPhone 12 finally gave up and needed to be upgraded. James and his team were all very helpful with the process from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this location. 10/10 service.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS. Spent 5 hours today to fix billing issues that should have been resolved a month ago. I got disconnected 3 times. At the end of it all they got me on a plan that costs $110 with 160 gigs a month somehow without my approval. I needed a cheap plan because I'm on ONTARIO WORKS I can't even afford to eat the food I want to. The manager told me I cant change it till the end of the billing cycle. I can't afford it but they dont care.

I have been a Roger's customer for a very long time and today I received the BEST in store customer service! I went to this location to upgrade my phone and Gemall helped me out so much! I had offers to upgrade and Gemall was so kind to help me get everything all set up and even explained in great detail things I was unsure of. All of the staff working in this location today was so kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! A big thank you to Gemall and everyone there today!

I don't want to stigmatize the office staff, the staff does a good job. I want to complain about Rogers himself. In order to cancel a contract you cannot do it at any Rogers office, you must call a special number where there is no option to cancel the contract. I had to switch to another specialist in order for him to switch me to his colleague who could help me cancel the contract, the first time I was on the line for 40 minutes, I ordered a call back, they called me back and said that it was not in his competence and he would switch me I switched to a specialist who could help me, the result: I have been sitting on the line for 1 hour and 30 minutes and still no one “itches”. An interesting thing appears, how to conclude a contract with you is welcome to our office, but how to cancel here is the phone number, call. You do not support customers, you mock them. People, in no case do not use the Rogers operator, if you use it, leave, I still have a few unpleasant experiences with Rogers, but it's too long to describe. Terrible office, not a company but an office with big problems that the management of the office does not want to solve!

Great experience at this location! Went in to upgrade my phone and plan and left incredibly satisifed and happy. Explanations were clear and easy to understand. The staff were all very pleasant and incredibly helpful.

I had a pleasant experience for a pick up processes for a new iPhone that I wanted get my wife. Gemall walked me through the process and was very accomodating. Very nice individual and personable, his excellence in making the pick up experience was very comfortable with no hassles.

The store doesn’t have a welcoming vibe. Covid has long gone but they still keep their doors shut. Someone should come up and open the door besides asking many questions at the door like we are begging. Looks like they don’t want to let you in. I went few times there and every time I had the same experience.

Although I got my phone from there but I always try to avoid them. They are not customer friendly at all and also only few sales agent makes the long queue.

Hmm In some point! This place don't care about customer service, customer's health risk, ignored customer's privacy, also Recial conduct. (At boxing day i was excited to get a new phone deals, when i went there door was closed. Eventually one guy open the door and asked me what i was looking for, I said, need new phone. He said ok OPEN YOUR MUSK & I DID (COVID TIME 9000+ DAILY, door sign mask mendetory) THEN HE SAID LOOK AT UP THE CAMERA SO WE CAN IDENTIFY YOU WERE HERE, I did with broken heart.) At the desk i asked why i had to open my musk, i was offended not welcomed. She said, yahh there is lots of robbery going on in this store, anyways we had little bit conversation but no sorry or apologies from there side. If anybody with me feels this not right at all. Please refer my post to right place and right person.thank you all. Have a nice day.

Called to talk about a promotion that was advertised on the website for in store only. When asking about the promotion the agent that I was speaking with he had no idea what I was talking about, then I read verbatim what was advertised online and he then replied “I guess it would work out to that price” I then asked more questions and he stated well we close at 5, I called at 4 and said I could come the next day. I was hoping for better service with more knowledge staff when trying to make a purchase. The online service has been great and In all fairness Rogers has been good to me although this experience leaves me a bit jaded. Why have a store when the customer knows more than the staff and they discourage you from doing business with them? If you need anything from Rogers, go online and skip this store

I must commend an employee at this Roger's location for going over and above to help me with a very complicated situation that I never would have been able to resolve without her help.
Pooja and her exceptional customer service skills along with her patience and understanding was absolutely outstanding and I can't thank her enough for her help.

Not happy with their customer service. Customer for 31 years and now they want to charge me 250.00 for data that I did not use. Just keep getting the run around. Be careful

This Rogers location is a full-service store whose employees are polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

A couple of weeks ago we had the pleasure of working with Gameli at this store. He was an absolute professional, and never gave up in trying to work through a difficult transition from a personal phone to a business account which was made almost impossible by Rogers archaic system! He was very knowledgeable and worked to get us the best possible price for a new phone and plan. Thank you Gameli!

Convenient location with prkg. One stop Rogers with mobile, and home services. The staff are not the most helpful and long wait times.

How can ROGERS store not have any answering service when you call? Thats such basic customer service! ! No suprise though they still use modem dial up system for credit cards? ? This is ROGERS? ?
