Biggest scam artists and worst customer service. Would recommend any other provider if you want to save yourself from endless frustration and hidden fees.

I went to upgrade my phone at this location, Farshad helped me and he was a pleasure to deal with! He made sure I knew everything, went over the contract with me in very specific detail so I wouldn’t have any surprises! And helped me transfer all my data too! 10/10 customer service!

My visit to these people was to return a cell phone when I decided to upgrade. My experience here was excellent as opposed to dealing with Rogers on the telephone. It took me four months to straighten out a bill because quite honestly a customer service Representatives didn't know what they were talking about are poorly trained. One of the reps.at the store transferred the data to the new phone they offered me within minutes as the tech department at Rogers couldn't even do it nor could Samsung. This time I took Rogers up on a new offer regarding cell phone and switch my service back from Fido to Rogers. Again the tech people at Rogers could not transfer the data to a loaner phone they supplied me with so I decided to visit them again. The first time that I visited them which was during the covid epidemic the agent that referred me failed to tell me I needed two pieces of to enter the store and I had to come back. This time covid was over and I went to the store to transfer the data like I had the first time but this time I was not allowed to enter because I didn't have two pieces of I'd. Well I ruckus started and the manager acted like a complete a-hole. So I went home and decided to call the next day and book an appointment but when I called the same fool answer the phone and recognize me. He then told me to go to another store and hung up on me. As someone who has had fifty years of sales and marketing experience I found this treatment of a customer deplorable. I used to run a call center and used to train customer service reps in regards to decorum when it comes to clients. In any case I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone looking for a cell phone.if staff cannot control their tempers when they're dealing with the public they shouldn't be in the job.

I've been with Rogers for a couple of years, got Samsung flipz 4, and iPhone 13 here, Pooja helped me with full of enthusiasm, friendly staff, warm service vibe Good Good!

Great experience here upgrading multiple lines during a very busy cyber Monday. Kat and Navin went above and beyond! Customer service like this is what keeps me with Rogers!

Purchased new S21 Samsung today from Jose. He did everything possible get me the best deal on phone and monthly billing. Great service

The Technician was fantastic, but the extreme store security was completely shocking almost abusive.

Worst customer service you will get. Waiting time is extremely long. Their store is locked. You have to wait outside they open the door for you. Lack of employees.

I went there to buy new phone and those guys were asking for ID just to enter the store. Felt like they were being racist.zero star for rogers
Very bad Coustmer service.
