If I could give 0 star for this Rogers store, I would. Please be aware this Rogers store will try to scam you out of your pocket. I called this Rogers store on 1/17/2024 and a customer service agent at the store name Priyonka said she had the phone that I wanted. She said she would hold the phone for me until I came. Upon arrival, the customer service agent said they have my phone but I had to put $1200 down payment on the phone because my credit is not good. At the end, I was not willing to put a downpayment for $1200 towards the phone and right away she sold the phone to another customer that is willing to pay full price on the phone. I went to another Rogers store next day, they had the exact same phone that I wanted and they told me I was never asked by Rogers or any Rogers store that I had to put a downpayment of $1200 in order to buy a phone. I was able to get the exact same phone with $0 down and walk out of the other Rogers store with the same phone that I was asked to put a $1200 downpayment on it. I leave a comment on review not because I want to trash Rogers but just be very careful when you're dealing with this specific Rogers store.

Yesterday, when I went to the east york town centre Rogers store for the first time, I went only to get information about the new plans. But I was very surprised when Priyanka sent me back home with the New plan + iPhone Pro Max + Rogers MasterCard. Amazing I have never seen this type of customer service in my life. However all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Amazing experience with Mrs. Priyanka. Finally thank you to all Rogers team for your excellent service.

Excellent service from Faiza and Jaffer in Rogers store in East york town center. Got new phone, change over went quick and smooth. All data was moved from old to new phone. It was up and running in couple of hours. Thanks to the team.

Great service at the East York Town Centre store. There was a bit of an issue adding service to an existing account but Alfred and Faiza were patient and kept us updated. Recommend this store and will definitely be back

I went to this store this week to sort out an issue with my mom's cell phone. Jaffer and Faiza both helped us and were very knowledgeable and friendly. I must say I have been to other Rogers stores and the experience can be quite frustrating - this was actually a very positive experience. I will go back here again (and hope for the same great service!).

Love the service! I came last year in December to this store to discuss my bill as it was higher than I expected. The person Mr. Umar who greeted me and explained me the bill very nicely and his explanation was very easy to understand than the agent I talked the on the phone. It was quite busy yet they did not rush me or send me to the customer service. I paid my bill later on and their manager helped me sign up for Rogers card which I applied for and he helped me setup today as promised. Amazing people with knowledge and good service! They kept their promise!
