Absolute horrible experience with the management and store procedures here. There is a screen to check in and another screen showing all the people waiting in line, but they don’t use that instead setup a line without explaining what the line is actually for. I stood in line for a while and then checked in, receiving confirmation to roam the mall and I would be notified when it’s my turn. I waited over an hour then went to the store to an even bigger line. I asked for the manager and explained the situation. He was so rude, instead of apologizing. He tells me to wait in line and that they don’t follow the check in procedure. What is the point of having a system setup and not using it. He was so unprofessional and I can’t even explain his hygiene and how bad his breath was talking to me.

Worst Rogers store I ever visit in my life. I went to ask about bill issue and phone. Indian guy who worked in the store not even listen to my problem properly then simply said I can’t do in unprofessional way.

Why do rogers hire these uneducated people for their customer service. All of them are not fluent in English and don’t have skills.

Dear Rogers: Please recruit people who know good English and problem solving skills. I believe Good customer service is rogers biggest strength.

Very bad customer service. I asked a simple question about a device's availability, and the guy just said no without even listening to me properly. I've been a rogers customer for years now, but I'm never going back to this store again

Went to Rogers Video activated 2 Cell Phones. Representative Zakir Bakshi Rep. ID12145810 was very helpful, knowledgeable, polite, very pleasant & he can do Multi-Task at the same time. Zakir done a great job.

Terrible customer service. Sales person doesn't know how to treat the customers. Recently I visited Rogers Scraborough town centre store to add new phone to my plan, they changed my plan to a higher plan with out inform to me, while talking to the Manager he is skipping the situation and offering credit. Totally disappointed with the way store treated me I was using Rogers about 5 years. I am moving to different service provider. Don't visit this store, go to different store for your solutions.

Very bad service, Salesperson lied about plan and did not disclose the hidden costs of it. No customer service at all, very disappointed after being so long with Rogers.

I recently got a new line activated a couple weeks ago with the help of John. Not only was he helpful and informative, but also very patient with all the questions I had. He knew his stuff and was able to walk me through every detail so as to make sure i didn't leave confused.

Came couple days ago to set up my device and they were not open minded enough to help me with my Samsung, so what that it’s not from Rogers? I have been a customer for so long in the past that I should be treated with respect. Although the man working there was nice, he still did not want to help me set up my Bell billing, I explained to him that I don’t own a computer and can’t set it up he keeps referring me to go to another store. It’s really shameful that because I’m not with Roger they will refuse to help me with my device.

I had a terrible experience at this store. I went in looking for help with my account and dealt with Sabrina at the store who claimed to be a manager but had to get up every 2 seconds to ask one of the other reps for help. At that point she might as well have just gotten one of the other reps to help me because she clearly didn’t know anything. She wasted my time, and when I asked to speak to a manager she said “I am the manager”.

Got 300$ credits from coming Koodo to Rogers. When needed to get them applied CSRs are saying win back team will call and when win back team calls they say different win back team will call. What to say now. Really disappointed with Rogers customer service.

Here is an Associate works Named ""Manu George"" he is a FRAUD. I came here on December 28,2021 to buy the SIM card of $80 plan per month but he gave me same plan for $85 and he tricked and put me on two year contract by saying their is free $125 gift card for New connection he gave Earbuds and charging wire worth $130 and put me on contract for 2 years. Today December 29,2021 I am going to store and will talk to Management about this.

Not happy at all we were going back and forth all week-end finally decided the phone we wanted the sales person said they had a in store promotion to trade in the iphone 11 pro max for 720 to change to the samsung flip and when we went to go today the sales guy wasnt there and the sales people there said that it would only be 580.00 for trade in because its not a iphone product but the sales guy we were dealing with told us different never going back there again very not trusting sales people at all! But we went back one more time spoke to the manager and he was a real big help.

I saw a staff named vetusa insulting another customer to her collegue and with so much attitude tried to fool us in sales with zero knowledge on plans. Rogers should look into staffs with poor customer service

I just went there to pick up and drop off. Everything was already setup on the computer so it was a smooth exchange. I had no problem.

Worst Customer Service on record. When they aren't defrauding long time Customers, they're lying to new one. Let's face it, there are no new customers, just thpse returning from the Company with the 2nd worst Customer Service; Bell!

Although place is good but staff isnt that helpful. Prices of plans is a bit higher as compared to another network plans. If you want a phone with the sim it will start from $100+/mo so be sure to check the same deal with another services and you can save upto $40+/mo.

Every time I go here I think things will get better and I'm proved wrong each time. Manager doesn't care and looks miserable, which makes employees not care which then equals to the terrible customer service that is received.

Worst location with terrible customer service and attitude.

30+ minutes wait for me to drop off their modem because their service is poor? Seems fair.

Rogers can come to my house to get their trash modem.
