Shout out to Rico the store manager here. Great guy, he was cool calm collect super knowledgeable respectful and made the daunting practice of upgrading to a new phone super easy. He was excellent in answering my questions putting my concerns first while managing his employees at the store with their needs simultaneously. I'll never call in to Rogers and waste time on the phone again. Thanks again Rico!

Kathryn was a HUGE help to me with helping me 4 mins to close. Equipment issue with Fido, so I ran to the store right before they closed and Kathryn helped me switch my SIM card on New Year’s Eve. Most stores would have probably refused to help me and helped me until 5 mins after close making sure my phone worked. I’ll be coming here from now on if I run into any issues or upgrade to a new phone.

Aaron was awesome at this store! He went above and beyond and found me all the promotions and saved me money and I got a new phone all set up! He was awesome. I’m so glad I went to this store and didn’t just do it online! Great humans really make a huge difference! Big shoutout to Aaron and the team at this store! Thank you! Best experience at Rogers so far and I’ve been here 25 plus years!

My current plan had just expired so I went in today to get a new plan and a new phone and I had the pleasured of being assisted by Amber, she’s not only very sweet and caring but extremely helpful and patient! She went over the details of the new plan as well as the whole upgrading process as many times as I needed as I had a ton of questions, she also as able to fix the mistakes the customer service representative had made over the phone when he changed the plan on my husbands line which is not at all what we wanted. I couldn’t be happier and more pleased with the service provided by amber and honestly I don’t think I have ever been better helped at Rogers than I did today by her! Thank you for your great customer service Amber and happy holidays!

I cannot say enough nice things about my experience at this store. Kathryn is so friendly and helpful and she went above and beyond to explain my options to me and set up my new phone. This is not my closest location but it is the one I will be using for now on.

Bad customer service, make customer wait for too long for nothing. Couldn’t assist you because only one staff is working. Went there, she’s assisting someone, told to come back after 30mins because she’s by herself. Came back she’s still assisting the same customer after more than 30mins. Waited outside, few more minutes and still nothing, she’s just there staring at us.

Staff are extremely helpful. Gave me and my wife a great deal on upgrading our phones and got us a tablet as part of an offer we didn’t know of.

I had an amazing experience here today at Rogers! The best help from Rico, Nin, and Arron, are the most funny and helpful guys ever. I got 2 brand new phones 13 pros and transferred our Phones. There service was amazing they gave us snacks and made everything easy. 10/10 experience especially with Rico helped us for a hour gave us everything we needed and the information with much detail.

Great customer service! Nin Pasker, the Assistant Sales Manager as well as Kathryn, Sales Rep were very personable and friendly. They went above and beyond and were extremely knowledgeable.

We traveled further to this location as the one near us at Weston and Rutherford has terrible service! Moat the employees look disgruntled and this reflects in their lack of service.

ROGERS Woodbridge service was awesome. The Assistant Manager Nin was proffessional and helful.

Man these guys are super bad in customer service especially the manager he thinks he is a Bollywood actor or I should say actress. He has no people scales or know how to talk to customers. I will never recommend anyone to Roger's or this store. It took them 2 hours to refund my money.

I wish I can give 0 star. They close at 8pm but they shut the door with OPEN sign still on at 7: 30pm on Tuesday, their employees looked at me and choose to play their cell phone. Worse Rogers store ever.
