I want to thank Rimple for the customer service because she helped in savings some money and very polite and just did everything very quickly

One of the worst rogers center. They don’t even know how deal with a customer. Seems like they were not got hired they owned this place. One of the girls (Forgot to see her name) was too arrogant. Out of no where without solving our query she opened the door and tell us to leave the place.
I wish there was negative rating button.

It was a great experience dealing with esha and she provided us with the best deals and customer service too

Very poor service by harsehaj told me i am not getting approved. I came after two days rimpal attended me and gave me the device and plan in 5 minutes.

I had the best experience with an associate named Sneha! She helped my sister and I, and was beyond helpful!

This place doesn't have good service. Waited for 20 minutes waiting for them to open the door.

I had Very bad customer service with this store. I recommend not to go to this store and there is one fair skin woman so nasty and very unprofessional. She treated me like as if I am her husband. So rude. I wish I can report to some one to get this woman fired. She deserves it and I have a voice recording as to how she behaved.i don't even know why Roger's has this store open. Very bad.

Worse place, stood outside the store, waited 10 mins in front of store. But they did not open it.

Rimpal works at trinity commons, and she honestly was the best helper ever.although i didn’t the device i wanted the first day, she made sure to do her best when i came in the next day.and honestly she deserves a promotion.literally:).

Hey! I visited the store today to pickup my new iphone and had to say the service is top tier. Rimpal was super nice and professional. She managed to get additional 30 gigs on my $70 plan. Highly recommend!

Worst place to go in. Lock the front door and never let’s you in.

The store employees are soo bad and don't even know how to talk. Girl at the store is so rude some Indian girl. Worst experience at the store as well as with customer service. Please it's a humble request not to get trap on their insurance plan coz when it comes to claim they don't help or even take charge to help the clients. You will see them when they are selling something the behavior, they will show they are out class but when it comes to help no they don't. My phone has protection and got cracked when I went to this store none of them helped me properly and keep saying we let u in at the store we are not repair center. I mean first they should get some proper training how to even open the mouth in front of the cx. Please go to other companies out there BELL, FIDO I know fido is with Rogers too but amazing customer care
Can't wait to finish with my contract with Rogers and throw this phone on them. Please please don't get the insurance from them.or listen to anyone. As you can see old reviews on the site too

Absolutely poor location rude staff and keeps the door locked at all times, never going back to this location

Worst customer service i have ever seen. They don’t know how to deal with the customers specially the guy named Pawan.

Rimpal was excellent, extremely helpful and I could not have had better help than her. I’m very thankful for her service.

Ryan was an amazing leader, very mature, thoughtful, Rogers is lucky to have him.

Rimpal helped me out to get the best plan.

Horrible!
I went to upgrade my phone couple of weeks ago. I was helped by rep Tahal and other guy fahad.everyone talking on phone texting not caring about customer.weird smell coming from store rep too.i waited 25 minutes until they approached me and asked if i had any questions. Such POOR customer service. DO NOT WASTE UR TIME AT THIS LOCATION

I just had the worst experance ever at this location. I have been with rogers for 10 years and have gone to many different locations and have never been treated like I was here.

She was rude, unknowledgeable about the products and services they provided, tired to over charge me for somthing they had posted in store and online.

I highly suggest never going to this location and finding another rogers to go there are many other locations that have significantly better service.

The worst customer service experience ever.
The assistant manager named Tala/Taha whatever the name was is outright rude. Doesn’t make eye contact with you through a conversation and went on to tell me he no longer wanted to carry on a conversation with me as I tried to discuss prices with him. Safe to say you lose your business next door to Bell.

Rude staff No smile no well come, look like some one beaten them or some one kik them out from home.

Everything but the products, customer service, employees, wait times, and overall experience is great. That leaves.the decor? That's not that impressive either.

Not a wonderful day in the neighborhood, Mr. Rogers.

One of the worst Rogers stores I've been to. There is always a line up of customers and only one associate to help them while, other associates are sitting around on their phones or either talking to each other making jokes
