Abinav was his name and being a Rogers employee myself I’ve never come across someone who’s so arrogant, unhelpful and unprofessional. I hope this review costs him his job. Nobody who walk in for assistance at Rogers deserves to be treated how he treated me. The manager apologized but he didn’t have the courtesy

I went to the store to buy a Samsung galaxy s23, the sales guy promoted me a plan and sold out a prepaid connection. I was changed from some other service provider to Rogers instantly.

When I asked for a phone purchase, he says, I need to wait for another one month.

I took up the bad/ misleading marketing approach of this guy to the store manager.he gave up so many answers to cover up this employee. & agreed to make a note in my profile to get the phone purchased from any of the store along with the same offer.

The wonderful story.

I went to Burlington Maple View Rogers store exactly after a month & got to know.nothing mentioned regarding the special offer that was available & they either refused to contact their own corporate branch at Square one.

I thwn contacted the respective branch manager & he says, he is new & doesnt know anything?

I was mislead by Rogers.well known brand & no one there now to take the responsibility.

Best experience from Rogers. I was deeply troubled by the problems I had with Rogers service until Immanuel showed up. He was so professional and highly knowledgeable. He spent at least 2 hours with me trying to troubleshoot. At the end he solved all my problems. If you have any issues/questions regarding Rogers service, I highly recommend Immanuel to get it fixed. I met Immanuel's friend Jordan I guess, they had a funny handshake

Jordan was able to help me with E-Sim setup and he is very friendly and down to earth person. We purchased brand new phone from this store too and Jijibo was able to help us about the phone we wanted to upgrade. I highly recommend this store for Rogers, they are very friendly and Supportive!

Don't go for Rogers. They have overcharged us by $80.and we have been complaining since 10 days, complaint reference number is C187985455 but so far no one has helped us everytime they apologise but unable to rectify because they say that they are facing error and it will be rectified within 24 hours. But since 10 days nothing has happened. PLEASE DONT GO FOR ROGERS. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

If I could I would have rated 0 star because of Mr Chris. No customer service skills at all. We were asked to leave only because their employee was taking time to help us. We were in middle of the process to get a new phone still asked to leave. Mr Chris you need to start respecting your customers. Just because its boxing day and busy does not means you should take your frustration out on your customer. I hope you have a great day ahead with your line up!

Appalling experience. Existing customer of Rogers with entire household connections with rogers. Not anymore! Due to this customer representative Manpreet at the Mississauga Sq One store.
I went to inquire about Home internet + financing an iphone. Initially she was nice. When she came to know that we were thinking about our phone upgrade, her behavior changed and she literally said we should stop using the home internet if you feel that our existing plan is costly, and left.
These kinds of people should be at the back desk not facing the customers.

I was having some phone troubles for days during the holidays & wasnt able to fix it myself. The manager of this location was extremely thorough and helped me solve my issue immediately - even with a busy store & many customers I felt like a priority! Excellent service

It was the worst experience I have had since I joined you, knowing that I have been your customer for 4 years and unfortunately you have an employee in this store who has a very bad attitude and was disrespectful and impolite with me and did not help me with my request, his presence is not in customer service but in Obstruction of customer matters. And when I asked him to provide me with his job number to file a complaint, he refused in a rude manner (his name IMMANUEL)

I am here to give 5 stars to the agent name JoJing, She is great at hospitality, My Phone was damaged totally and I Asked for her help to puchase new phone but all of a sudden there is some error erupted due to birth date issues in my credit card but still she somehow managed to provide me phone and gave me the best plan as she can. Not only this she also helped with setting up phone.
I really love her service and the service of Rogers
I will recommend everyone to go see this place in City centre Mississuaga.
I am planning to buy more stuff from this lady only ️️

Needed a phone upgrade - Worked with Julian and Jordan, who were both very knowledgeable and friendly. Walked through various plan options, provided their input, which helped in the decision making process. If you are with Rogers, these are the guys you wanna be chatting with.

Staff handled my situation very poorly. Had bought a phone case and it was defective, they keep implying I could have done something to it. The case is in perfect condition and the issue was the magnet in the case. Rogers has very poor service from there team that offer no solutions. Will never come to this store again

I highly not recommend this location, I had changed my phone several times thinking something is wrong with the phone, so ends up the sim card is not working, rogers sent me a new one, and told me to go activate it at the store, came to this location, the representative Sukhver said: sorry i cant help you, you'll have to call costumer service and they will activate it for you we can't help you because of frauds protection and law.so I said why would i call if I came all the way here, can you call, she said no and handed my their line to call and talk on their behalf, I asked for the manager, Zack came and said sorry I don't know anything, I just started my shift when i explain, he said we can't HELP because of the law and fraud protection we can't make any changes while I had provided my driving license and they can see my name on the account, while I didn't ask for any changes, just want to activate my card, the manager is not qualified for the position, the manager is there to find solution especially when rogers network is not working, not asking me to call costumer service while I came to the store, honestly Im cancelling all the phones with rogers, wifi and security cameras, we are paying a lot for no reason

Manager needs to value time and respect people. I wouod say ROGERS NEEDS TO HIRE PRODUCTIVE MANAGERS. I waited almost 2 hours just to return my wifi modem.completely furstrating and Discasting.i even don't prefer to give a single star.

I have been a loyal Rogers customer for years I recently dropped my phone and are too sadly to get an upgrade. I went in to get it fixed and the girl said you have to go.to apple we only fix it of you have device protection. This company receives thousands of dollars from me a year and to be treated like this is an utter joke stay away! Furthermore I was waiting g outside the store for me wife and the salesperson was leaving on their break was I inconvenience them? Not impressed.

Don't bother going to this location. I went in numerous times to get simple things done and inquire about my home internet. I'm literally brushed off almost everytime so the employee's can continue with whatever conversations their having. I asked a simple question about my billing details and the employee's acted bothered and disturbed by my request, they acted really lazy and like they were doing me a huge favor. Another time I was asked to sign in, I waited about 15 mins just to get no help but told to call customer service, proceeded to wait around an hour for customer service.

Great service always Zack the Manager courteous as always as well as Joseph providing assistance on the issues is remarkable, Francis was busy however the whole team is great. Thx again, this is like my 4th visit to Rogers after activation of my new plan.

Alejandro is the worst ever staff
No immigrant should meet him.
He takes advantage of the fact that we are New new to the country so he will sell everything forcefully and with incorrect/ hidden information.
He has no idea we are living on a budget and without job.
Just for his own commission, he really does the worst job.

He acts all sincere and extra nice
But he is actually wickedly taking money out of our pocket.

I was helped quickly on request because of just returning an item, thank you to the service guys. Although, I'm giving 4 stars because everyone would benefit from keeping a separate queue for returns. Instead of making them wait while other customers decide and wonder on their plans and purchases.
