Michael S did an amazing job and provided the best customer service ever with me. He made sure I got the best plan possible for my needs to save me money, while also getting me a new I phone 14 with device protection. I will make sure to come back to get a new phone here once my contract is done and for Michael S to help me again.

Alex was amazing! We went in looking to add my boyfriend to my plan, and to get him a new phone. Alexis made sure we got all the discounts we were eligible for and helped us pick out a phone that suit his needs:) he was super knowledgeable about the different phones.

This location is absolutely horrible. They are not helping Rogers. As a matter of fact, they are making things worse for an already tarnished brand. Run from this location.

Have to wait outside for like 15 mins and still no one come over. No greetings no explanation, someone just ask coldly "what you want to do here" while I just wanted to drop off a device because Rogers is too bad on almost everything, that 1 min task cost me long enough. Rogers is the worst, and this store is the worst of all those already worst

Literally the worst store of the worst brand in existence. I pray for the day rogers folds and no one has to have the displeasure of even hearing the name "Rogers". They day this store folds and this company closes is the day Canada takes a huge leap on the road to improvement. ROGERS IS THE WORST. Canadians also pay the most out of any country in the world for cell service. Thanks Rogers/Bell monopoly. What a joke of a company.

Rude staff, did not help me at all.the staff talk together like they wants to fight you and they didnt even let me to explain either they kept cutting me off.if i could give them no star i would but i have to give them one to write.

Amir Nouri was very professional, detail oriented and very patient (we were there for more than 2 hours to switch plans and get new phones) to walk us through the best combinations (both in terms of usage and values) available. Ask for him when you go there and you will not be disappointed.

Called, booked appointment, they took name, arrive and try to check in with their QR system, need phone number or email so I guess that appointment was not real according to their system. Classic rogers.

DO NOT GO HERE! This is a brutal location. Brutal. Went to chat about a new plan and it would be easier to get into Fort Knox. The door is locked. Then you have to buzz in. Get a face scan and show ID. Why bother being open. If C19 is that scary close. The staff were jsut laughing and horse playing inside. No interest in doing anything. Stay Away!
