The service was very. Firstly I waited outside 35 minutes and knocking the door no agent was present at the moment and after 35 minutes he came and he never help me to activate my roger sim. He asked me to do yourself and if I know that then why i have to visit that place.
I faced most worse experience.

Worst customer service. A minute before 4pm on a Saturday and would not open the door. Opened the door at 4pm to
say tbat they are closed because it’s 4pm.

Better than some other stores where associates give you incomplete/wrong information to get their services.

Would 100% recommend getting your services from here. They explain everything and made sure that i was getting the best phone, plan and eligible discount

The guy is super rude, doesn’t knows how to talk. He’s exploitative, Rogers should consider checking him up he’s bringing wrong name to the brand. If only I could give him 0 stars.

Worst experience ever, this guy who works here should be given a time off. He should be given classes on Customer handling. I’ve seen people going away from Rogers just because of worst experience from this guy.

I came here around 4: 10 stand outside in cold weather waiting for 15 min then they said it’s closed. But the hours shows 5Pm.

Consider updating your store hours online to reflect you're closed Sunday's so people don't waste their time. I won't be coming on Monday or any other day for that matter after reading all your lovely reviews!

Very poor customer service. Even though store closes at 6 on Sunday they want to rush you out at 530.

Terrible store, their timing says they close at 7pm. And at 6: 28 pm the guy inside is waiving me that store is closed while there are customers inside the store. That's fine buddy, it's better to call Rogers directly and have the phone ship to your place rather than visiting these unprofessional individuals. If you close at 6: 30 then update your timing outside your store!

Totally agree with all the reviews, rather than explaining anything this guy ask you more questions, like you are from Rogers and not him. Called Rogers directly and got better deal.
