My best friend had the worst experience dealing with disrespectful staff. Why are you keeping these staff employed? Cross training is definitely needed. Take care of your customers and have some common decency.

Waited 25 minutes in the store without being spoken to or even helped, left and drove to stc was in and out in 5 minutes.

The reviews are right, slow staff, the security system is tighter and more dysfunctional than Pearson airport + having to wait outside in the cold when the store is empty then another 25 minutes inside without being offered any help is insane. Don’t waste your time

There's always something that goes wrong when I come to this location. It's a Sunday today, and no one is inside at 3pm, store closed at 5pm.

Don't bother going to this store if you want to pay a bill despite them saying it was one of their services they provided on their web-site. I went to this store around 3: 00 p.m. On a Saturday November 11th only to find the front door locked. I buzzed the intercom seeing very few people inside and was told I would have to wait outside, to which I replied I would have to wait in the cold. I was told I could wait in the car which was parked in mid-parking lot to which I said that I did not want a person to line up in front of me. I left the property as I did not think that I should wait outside, particularly in the cold-I just wanted to pay a bill for my brother who had been hit by a truck and is worried about paying it from the hospital. What kind of business makes people wait in the cold who want to pay their bill? I personally stopped being a Roger's customer many years ago and I hope that I never have to have anything to do with them ever again. They didn't know how to keep a customer then and they don't know how to keep a customer now. I don't know why anyone would want to do business with them.

The Security system offends most people. Just look at the ratings. Cannot assume everyone is a criminal. It is wrong and prejudice.

For the people complaining about the security and their little inconveniences.
I would like to see how you would feel if your were tied up by gun point.
This is the way things have become.
These staff members have been through serious robberies. Personally, they were great. Spent hours with us. Sahan, amazing person and sales person. Very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and kind.
Hassan, assistant manager. He was great very personable. I now would not go anywhere else
Thank you for all the time you gave us.

Staff person did not acknowledge me or make any eye contact during the 25 minutes I was in the store returning 2 phones. Very abrupt and disinterested. Not a great customer experience.

One of their agent made a mistake on my account and I was dealing with this problem since last month
When I called to complain and asked them to fix they didn't even listen to me and they hanged up on me twice, it was a girl answering the call very rude to me

Rogers says Ignite 1gbps internet, but I got 200 mbps dnload and 32 mbps upload speed.
These tests were done using my hp envy laptop with intel i7 processor, 16GB ram, Samsung SSD hdd, windows 10 and 4GHz ethernet cable.

We are all suspects, not customers at this Rogers store.

State the reason why you are there via speakerphone with front door locked, show your face to the camera at the door with your mask off, then present your drivers license to the person at the door for inspection.this is the treatment for choosing this store to shop at.

We stopped by today to buy a new cell phone. They were open, but the door was locked. Someone spoke to us via a speaker and asked what we wanted. We explained we were there to buy a phone. They asked which model. I told them. They told us to look at the camera over the door and take off our masks. When I asked why, I was informed they have been robbed three times and want photos of everyone coming in the store. We took our masks off so they could see our faces, then replaced them. Then, I was asked to present my drivers license to the person at the door. Serious? ! Just to see a phone and possibly buy it? We left. I don’t like being treated like a potential criminal.

This store has been robbed previously and I feel for them about that. But to make me feel like a crook before entering is inexcusable. To enter, I had to look up at a camera at the top of the front door and then show id to the agent at the door who inspected my drivers license to confirm that it is real or not.all before I am allowed to enter the store. This whole action has left a very nasty feeling about this store. I promise, even if it would save my life, that I will never go to this store never ever again (I raise my right hand). I hung around outside in my car and watched as ladies were not given the same treatment.and I am a man of color so there is that.

Do not waste your time here. You will be lied to and have your time wasted. If you express your disgust at having hours of your time wasted, they will be vindictive and attempt to mess up your service. If you want honest and effective solutions, go to the Roger's store at Cedarbrae Mall.

Cant believe after 20 plus years of being a customer for 187 dollars (which includes cellular, TV and internet) they cut my internet through this self quarantine and I'm a bartender who is without work (not by choice) I will be cutting all services with them as they are scum bags!

Horrible service. Avoid at all costs! Staff are lazy, slow and disinterested in helping customers. I recently went in there to buy a $600 phone outright, and a staff member named Krithi said ‘someone will be with you shortly’, and proceeded to stand behind the desk ignoring me for 5 minutes. Other staff were chatting in the back office. Rogers needs to do a clear house at that store and hire new, motivated staff.

If there was a way to rate the entire company, I undoubtedly would. Rogers is the definition of white collar crime. The amount of money paid for the lack of so called service provided is complete theft. We have all our services with Rogers and yet still we cannot seem to have something as simple as steady internet in our home. It's astonishing that they've been able to con all their clients in to paying them. If it weren't for thejr support of the Jays, we would be long gone customers.

Give this location 5 Stars only because CHY the sales rep that helped me was very friendly and understood my needs. She took her time to explain everything to me and my husband in details. We came here to upgrade our phones and look at phone plans that best suited us. CHY took her time an didn't pressure us or push for a sale. She is a very respectful person and definitely has that customer service attitude that makes you want to come back. She is the perfect example of what customer service should be an nowadays that's hard to find. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a true and honest opinion. Thanks to CHY we left with an amazing plan and the new pixel 3xls.

Nearest Rogers store in the area. Not that busy most of the times, however it's a little slow during the weekend. Being a Loyal Rogers customer, expect to be treated a little better. Went here to see if could get any good offers on cell phone, however the staff was least interested to offer any better solution. Rather it seemed like they were least interested if I go for it or not. I actually received a better treatment and offer from the phone customer service guy than these ppl in person. Would avoid going here for sure.
