Honestly if there was a zero thats what this store would be getting. They lack customer service and overall etiquette. I was in there and was promised by the manager they would hold a phone for me. I even offered to put a down payment on the product to which they said I cannot. I was promised 3 days the product would be kept on hold. I called 1 day after and was told lies as they had given the product to another customer. When I called to ask about the product, they kept me on hold for extended time then dropped the call. Honestly Rogers it's the worst company and I would not be getting my phone from any of their stores. Disappointed and take your business elsewhere if you want to be treated properly

I was just about to go in a sign up with Roger.when I walked in there was a customer trying to get his account fixed and not one person could answer the question that this poor guy was asking. And all they kept saying was to call this number didn't even try to help him. Definitely not going with rogers anymore by the looks of things your better of trying a different branch not one person here knows what they're doing or seems to care really bad service!

One of the worse locations to deal with. The Manger Ayshea is on a power trip. Treats customers with total disrespect and rude. What a shame for rogers to hire unqualified customer service like her. On the other hand Barath was nothing but pleasant. Manger should learn to treat staff and customers with Respect. Learn from Barath.

I dropped in new year’s eve at the last minute to get the iPhone 14+. Martin went above and beyond to offer me the best service. Even hooked me up with some extras. Later, a family member dropped in to have their new phone configured and Martin, again, went above and beyond to help them. He was very patient and helpful. The other staff were very polite and professional as well. Thank you Martin, you are amazing! This guy needs a promotion & bonus!

Sad. 5 staff putting in a shift.no business.all on line. I returned old hardware after dumping old Rogers $315 per month nonsense for $170 $75 off Ignite deal. I fear this store must close if they don't get some work. Still very nice staff took care of my returns.

We were treated like garbage yesterday at the door when we arrived to replace a faulty remote as we had been previously invited to do. Without asking us further or taking a look at it, the lady on the intercom just assumed we had a different kind of remote than what we needed, and based on not having any of that wrong one, rudely shooed us away. What a contrast with the North York Centre Yonge St.location today where both helpful staff members treated me with dignity and respect.

Sunday 1: 50 pm date: March 13 2022. Some dude picks up and says we don't have modems in stock. Rogers keeps telling me to go there and replace my broken modem.
Frustrated how we pay for the rental of these modems and they treat us this way. Bell is better

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Came in at 10: 03am to add an Apple watch to my plan. First store wouldn't serve me without ID despite what I was told by customer service. Then was offered a promo from the call center that isn't eligible with my plan. Then upon adding the watch to my phone was told my plan needs to be sharable and I meed to upgrade from a $60 plan to a $90 plan plus hardware my bill would go from $124 to $209 per month. Have been waiting over 3.5 hours at this point and still don't have a watch. Been disconnected while waiting to speak to a “manager” multiple times. Then the store manager walks in and demands I get off the couch area because it is “off limits”. Meanwhile there is no signage and none of the 3 employees here asked me to move prior. All and all DISGUSTING service. Waiting over an hour to speak to a manager is not acceptable. Literally will be cancelling immediately and going to Bell if my price plan cannot be matched by the Ombudsman. Great way to spend Christmas Eve

Was the worst store for rogers please take it back from the store manager ‘ aysha ‘ and the store manager assistant ‘ shemit ‘ yhe representative name I don’t know but they offer for me activation fee waived $50 and they are lying i got charged for that for 2 phones and now I’m stuck because I can’t even return the phone past 15 days and fhey can’t rven get any exception because i want to return the phone to cancel my account and they are so rude they don’t want to admit that they did a mistake and also they i return an adapter charger and i habe the proof and still charge me on my bell they are totally very bad
And after talking to the customer service the person was super helpful and remove all my extra charge on spot and my bill went to normal!

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT TRUSTWORTHY, NO INTEGRITY. I was returning the gigabyte modem at this location. A guy name"Avi" called himself as the acting manager of the stored refused to take it back and refused to give me the a receipt for the returned equipment. So I called the Rogers 1800 number at the store immediately, the phone center representative said the Rogers corporate store has the ability to provide the returning equipment service. She also explained that the store can not decline my services and request. This guy "Avi" should not make his own rule and he should follow the company procedures and policies.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Worst Rogers store ever.

THE EMPLOYEES AND THE MANAGER DO NOT KNOW WHAT ARE VALID PROOF OF IDs. They only reluctantly agreed to help once I called customer service and the rep told them the Canadian passport is a valid form of ID.

When I contacted the validation team the employee went to the back and told them I did not have any of the documents requested, even though I had them on hand in front of him. Only when I called back and showed pictures, they again reluctantly agreed. The whole experience took over 2 hours. Extremely incomplete and unorganized.

When I was leaving they also noted down my license plate number.

Friendly staff. My phone turned out defective but that is manufacturers fault. I just hope when I do go to return it they won't cause me any headache

Rogers service has gone out 5 times in the past 5 days, and about 15 times this month alone. It is crummy inconsistent service and they won't provide any compensation or remedy. I was kicked off multiple work calls as a result of their service. They're answer was "this is not a business service". I'm sorry. It's 2020 rogers.people work from home! (Especially 3 months into a quarantine)!

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!

I am a business & residential customer, last week I purched a new phone and the sim did not work in it so today I went to the store.pressed the buzzer and the door opened.i went in and was screamed at go outside go outside now.so i did.more customers came after 7min standing in the heat. Once again I pressed the buzzer.the door opened again now im embarrassed and frustrated as im being screamed at a 2nd time, I went back out to wait 10 more min.now when I finally was allowed in.the woman was extremely rude yelling and making a scene.so I asked for her name n employee number she screamed I dont have give it to you.so i asked again saying im calling retention. Thelma the lady who always helps me took me and helped with my issues in a respectful manner apologizing for the other ladys bad day.after asking 9 times I finally received Ayeshas name so I can call about the horrible customer service at this location. ROGERS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED

COVID-19 rules in effect so basically only four or so people in at a time but that makes it easier to get service.
