Honestly such a horrible experience! Very obvious they do not care about customer service. All they were concerned with was somehow creating a new activation that they could “get credit for”. I know Rogers isn’t responsible for the individual stores but this particular store is an embarrassment to the Rogers brand!

Very poor level of service. They were polite but not knowledgeable at all. They couldn’t figure out certain things and instead of calling someone, made it my problem to call the customer service line. Which then told me it’s actually the store which is in the wrong and I had to go back multiple times to which they still couldn’t deliver on something they promised. I would just stick to calling online as there was no wait and they knew their stuff. Avoid this store if you need help with anything more then buying a case.

I went there today (friday) at 2PM and store was arbitrarily closed for the day. Not even Rogers customer service knew about it (they sent me there).

The manager and associate that worked on June 9th were terrific. They were able to assist and get my new number online and working.

Went to upgrade my phone. The associate Ryan was super helpful. Took the time to make sure my phone was well synced and everything was transferred over.amazing experience with this this Associate.

I had to return a modem and exchange a Nextbox. I called ahead. COVID-19 protocols are clearly posted and adhered to. I had to wait outside for a few minutes but not long. Only 2 customers at a time are permitted entry. My exchange and return went quickly. Staff was helpful and instructions about where to drop off returned items (into specific bins) for a hands-free hand-off. It felt safe and I received the help I needed.

3 retarded people are running this Rogers Store. I had very bad experience dealing with these men and finally canceled the transaction which I wanted to have with Rogers.

Got a phone case gift (wrong one for my phone) from this store from my sister (who lives on the other side of town). I have the original receipt (and am within the return period) but not her credit card, and they won’t let me exchange it for the correct case. So somehow the original receipt is not as good as a gift receipt. Stupid Rogers policies implemented by staff who can’t think for themselves. Avoid Rogers whenever possible. Now my gift is making work for my sister.

Walked in and did not seem welcomed at all. 2 employees were just standing there and did not even think about approaching me for help. They do nothing to accommodate the customers

On the last day of the Rogers promotion on Monday for this special wireless plan, the store was packed with people waiting to change over to it. It was the patience, good humour, and temperament of the staff here that night that kept the customers in store in good spirits, in spite of the long waits (2-3 hours!) They showed a lot of understanding that folks felt in regards to trying to get set up when the site, phone lines, and live chat were inaccessible from the volume of customers trying to change over. There were 3 employees and the manager and they never left their stations the entire time. No breaks, not even for food, or water - they just wanted to help everyone in there. Now, that is customer service focus! Thanks, guys!
