I had issues with Rogers on the phone so I went in person to the Rogers store at the mall, Riley was the person who helped me, and let me tell you he got it all done for me! Fantastic customer service Riley!

Very seamless in-store experience with Jacob, he was quick, understanding and got everything I needed done within a reasonable time. Highly recommend him!

5 stars is for Nathan, no comment on Rogers the company and and customer services on the phone are the worst.rogers should be appreciated to have employee like Nathan, super helpful, patient and want to help out customer as best as he can.

Maria was extremely helpful! I went into the Rogers location in Upper Canada Mall when my phone was stolen. Luckily I had previously signed up for the Likewize Device Protection Plan, however dealing with their management team was near impossible. They had rejected my service request, and in order to resolve the issue I had to speak to someone in management. To say the least, Maria is the only reason I had eventually got approved and got sent a replacement phone. She had reached out to their team and spoke on my behalf to resolve the issue. I really appreciated her commitment to my issue and am very thankful she was able to get me a replacement phone in a timely manner. If you need someone to help you resolve an issue quickly and efficiently, ask for Maria’s help!

Lied through their teeth to me, told me I had to get this tablet and device protection to get the activation fees waived and the fees were not even waived. Total scammers and liars.

If ur canadian, don't buy NHL.they discriminated against Canadians by not allowing us to remove our credit cards but americans can. Because of this, its a 2h min phone call to attempt in cancelling.

My experience at this establishment was terrible, it all started out when I came to this so called “Rogers” and bought an AirPod pro for my son I came home and he wore them and walked around for literally 10 seconds and they fell out his ear and dropped on the floor I picked up the two AirPods but noticed the rubber tip on they left AirPods fell out and i could not find it so the next day, I decided to go to the rogers where I bought it and they said that they will not return it and the worker was like almost rubbing in my face that my son lost my tip, and he made me feel really uncomfortable.unexceptable 1 star never shopping at rogers again, terrible customer service.
