Agree with other negative reviews about customer service. The worst experience I have had in any store ever. Thoroughly unprofessional associates and store manager. Avoid at all cost.

The store manager doesn't even know how to talk to customers. I went there to inquire about plans and get a connection. First of all, she didn't have any clue and asked me to call customer service. I am fine with that, but there is a way to say that. Shutting me off and my questions is not the way.

I left, spoke to customer service, went back there (shouldn't have, in retrospective) and got my connection setup with the help of another associate. She set up my account, completes everything and prints me out a receipt with the wrong name and wrong address. When I ask her to update, she wouldn't even look at me.just said "call customer service". Couldn't she atleast add a "sorry sir"? Nope. And the store manager was right next to her without making any effort to improve the situation, even after expressing my dissatisfaction of the situation. I have been managing teams for over 10 years and I was clearly able to see lack of training and mentoring and bad attitude of a leader reflecting in their team.

Bottomline, no matter who you talk to, you are always going to end up with below average customer experience. Better find another place to give your business to.

Shelly was great. She explained everything and all the fees associated and activation fees and how much to expect on my first bill. Kudos to her. Definitely a go to location.

Knew Shel almost 5 yrs, this is the third phone pixel 6A got from her, taught me how to use fingerprints, very patient.

I came from U. S for school need set up wifi, called customer care an hour saying can't take my American ID: (. I went to store got all service setup less than 10 minute! Yes the store manager helped me and her name also SHELLY! Thank you Shelly!:) I will back for Canadian number as well.
