I am highly impressed by the exceptional customer service that my family experienced from Mya, which has been nothing short of excellent in every aspect. From our initial interaction to the conclusion the level of professionalism and attention to detail was flawless. Mya displayed extensive knowledge about the products and services, effectively addressing any inquiries or concerns we had. Her ability to actively listen and understand our needs allowed her to provide a tailored made solution that exceeded our expectations. Moreover, her floor awareness and prompt response/greetings to awaiting clients demonstrated her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure everyone was acknowledged. I’ve been in the store this morning around 10: 15 to bring my mom’s cable digital box replaced. I would like to thanks for the two very helpful staff members that have given me the cable adapters… You both have made my day… The box is working great and TV was back on again …
Thanks again and keep up the amazing job… Rogers should be proud of you both for having as staffs…5 stars ️️️️️

I had to change my PVR Box at Rogers, the staff was very friendly, but I had to bring in my Husband, so CE it his under his name as the account holder.
All went smooth, also got a beautiful white tower that is the Router Wi-Fi as I was told

Super fast 1 gigahertz? And unlimited!
Great service at Rogers from all the staff.

Speedy service. But the odour in the place is unbearable. Suggest deodorant for the employees. Had to hold my breath every few minutes. Do t know if it was the males or females or both.

The service is terrible. Workers are not helpful to customers. Kind of rude. Rogers have to find solution for that situation. Other wise they will lose money.

Visiting this store was nothing like my often painful experiences with Rogers over the telephone. I went in to upgrade my older iPhone to a new Samsung Galaxy s10 Plus. Yes, that is a big change yet it went as smooth as silk. I was helped by Fahad and he was amazing! He spent a lot of time patiently explaining the various products which enabled me to pick the best one for my needs. Then he went overboard with service.getting me the model I wanted from another store, reviewing and upgrading my package, helping me to transition info over to the new phone and when I shopped for some accessories he was able to show me some sale items that had not yet been marked thus saving me $$$. To say I was satisfied is an understatement. I always try to shop locally whenever I can and this is one store I will definitely return to.
