I was having issues accessing My Rogers account. I had been online and over the phone for the past two days dealing with various Rogers employees none of who could rectify my problem. Decided to go to a Rogers store and deal with someone face to face. Rose was able to fix my account issues in a short time. I am very happy with her service. Thank you Rose!

I went to switch my S21 ultra to the new S22 ultra and Abanoub went above and beyond. The was no stock of of the S22 ultra and so he went and checked stock of other stores and was able to find one plus have it shipped to his store within an hour. He was fantastic to deal with and would definitely recommend Abanoub and his team.

Visited the store today, the door was locked and the instore personnel came, opened the door and her first question was what do you want? Her tone was as if we knocked on her home door. And throughout our conversation her answers were one or two words. Completely not engaged and kind of made us feel awkward. So we left the place.

Excellent customer service from Abanoub and Usama.
Went in to upgrade my cell phone and Abanoub went above and beyond by also providing me with a better and cheaper data plan.
Saved me $$$ for a new phone and data plan.
The staff was very knowledgeable and professional.
Highly recommend Abanoub and Usama for their professionalism.

I came to this location excited to activate a new line for my daughter as well as pay off my current iPhone 12. I knocked the door and agent open slightly the door so I greeted him by saying “ Good morning” he looked as me and said “ what are you looking to do today? ” He did not greet me back and rudely talked to me.he did refuse me as a customer, so I said I came to do couple of transactions, and he goes rudely again! What is it exactly! He made me upset and I say, I just greeted you and told you what I want to do.anyway, am not interested any longer, he again rudely such the Door!

Poor experience on Friday October 9th, went there for a new phone. We have no experience with the various phones available. Nothing on display, no readable info about products while we understand no on display products due to Covid there was no secondary options about products available. Salesman kept asking what phone we wanted. Had no clue, as we dont know what's available. He wasn't willing to tell us what was available. Was quite rude.
Honestly could tell that this employee hates his job and could care less. We were just another customer to him. If you plan on going here print off your own info about what you want before you go as the staff won't help you.

AND AFTER THAT THEY WILL START CHARGING YOU FOR THE TABLET IF YOU CHANGE THE PROVIDER. VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. This store is run by a bunch of clowns. Called them today to ask a few simple questions and they kept answering and leaving the the phone away from them while they worked. A classic trick to ignore customers and create a busy tone for when customers call. I called several other stores after them and every single one of them answered. Will never give this store my business and I will make sure to communicate this with everybody in my large network as well. Terrible experience.

The two guys working over there does nor care about your time or effort with which you have visited there
They just bother about their time. I visiref the store an hour earlier before their closing time after calling but when i reached they did not delivered me the device just because paper work will take time and its just ab hour left. I was the only customer.
How much had it been taken.
After requesting alot that i m in need and this is the nearest store, they completely denied that they dont have the device whereas i called them before going.
Badd badd experience.

We were using Bell services for many years and every time we had problems and called customer services we always had to wait over the phone for an extensive amount of time and we never got the help we were expecting to recieve despite having talked to more than 5 different agents. Our service costs kept increasing even though we kept calling to correct the matters. Luckily we decided to go to Roger's and was able to get a customer service representative named Faisal to help purchase new phones for my husband and I as well as internet, TV and tablet. He was so knowledgeable with setting up with all the services and gave us more data, better quality tv, faster internet for a much better price than we had with Bell. After our 2 year plan expired we went back to the store and was able to get Faisal again to help us with new hardware and system plans. I was very pleased with the speed in which he provided the services and how personable he was. Because of my experience with him, when my mom who is 74 years old was having problems with her account, I brought her to the store today to see if Faisal could help her as well. He was able to help her beyond what she was expecting so again I am so thankful he is such a good agent for Roger's. With my experience I have found that it is impossible to expect to see an agent more than once since there is such a high turn around of employees so I am so happy that I have been able to get Faisals personal help on these 3 occasions. That has helped me have confidence with Roger's and it is the reason I am glad to remain a Roger's customer.

My favorite Rogers store and all because of Abanoub. He was able to explain all plans to me in an easy way to understand and he set me up with a great plan and an 11 Pro Max. I definitely recommend paying him a visit if you're in the market for a great plan.
