We had incredible service today from Nisha today. We wanted personal service. We prefer to meet people in person. Nisha spent an hour with us, explained the bill and then changed things around to provide us with better plans and certain cheaper options. She also put us in touch with someone in customer service because we wanted to remove a tablet which we did in that person was also very very helpful. We came in here thinking we were going to move to tellus and we have decided to staywith Rogers. We're staying with Rogers and we're happy and that was because of nisha's fabulous service. It's true. We had fabulous service. We were at eglinton warden location.

Sangye is one of the best Rogers Manager I have seen. He is always available and ready to help at any time.
Aarabi is one the best sales representatives that I have met. She is very helpful and does deep dive into the plans and try to make us understand and also take extra time to help and gives best available and discounted plans. She is very much knowledgeable on the system, device plans and roaming plans. I would definitely refer her to my friends and colleagues.

I received an outstanding service from Ahmed! Great guy. Fixed up the Wifi service for me on a day I was stranded, not to mention the mouth-watering deal that I received. Really appreciate the top-notch service. As a result, I moved my mobility plan to Rogers as well and it was all handled efficiently by Ahmed.

Aarabi provided excellent service. Very pleasant, helpful, and polite. She supported me in getting the iPhone 15 Pro on the same day. Lovely personality. I'm quite pleased with her assistance.

What a trash service only if I could give no stars. I want to drop off the modem (rogers) and they said they don't accept any modem even tho I literally saw them accepting days ago and when I ask why he can't he said they only can accept the old one. I swear to God he didn't even check what kind of modem I have to return did not even bother to check. Wow just wow.

I had a good experience at this Rogers Location. I lost my phone so I was assisted by Fardine to upgrade my phone with a low cost, besides he was very patient and knowledgeable about all the required process.

I’ve been a customer of Rogers for over 10 years and I’ve never felt better after meeting the manager Sangye. He’s helped me to add more lines and get a better monthly rate. He goes above and beyond to satisfy customers 100%. He’s very personable, compassionate and is always willing to help in any way he can. I’ve been to other Rogers locations and I’ve never left happy or satisfied with how I was treated. On three separate occasions he didn’t have the product in stock however, he made sure I had it within an hour. Sangye and his team at this location is the real definition of customer service. From the way your welcomed, product knowledge, efficiency, you name it. Offering water and chocolates are an extra touch. Who would’ve thought you would have a spa like service at your telecommunications store. I highly recommend this store if your an existing Rogers customer or going to become a new customer. I really hope the regional manager or the CEO of Rogers sees this review because they deserve to be noticed and awarded for their continuous dedication and hard work. Amazing job Sangye and team!

I went to Roger's for assistance in setting up my S22 Samsung.
Sangye was happy to assist me.
His knowledge and communication skills was excellent. Mannerism was superb.
No question was too small.
While I was there I observed how the team effectively worked together.
I returned today to collect my car cable and felt very welcomed again.
Thankyou Sangye for your excellent customer service.you have a well oiled store.

Worst experience trying to get a new phone. First he said that they had them in stock even asked which color. Suddenly no stock have to up-sell, then he had to give me a new number because he couldn't find my info with Koodo. I had to walk away from this man. SORRY ROGERS, YOU NEED TO DO BETTER WITH YOUR STAFF

I had such a great experience at this ROGERS location. I went to this location almost 1 month before to upgrade my device and changing the price plan. The sales rep Ahmed, from Bangladesh, was such a nice guy. He has nice behavior, he is calm and gentle. He is extremely knowledgeable about telecom service. Previously I paid almost $115 per month for the plan. Then he changed my plan and put the cheapest plan. He is so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful person. He provided me with outstanding & professional customer service. He explained everything. Now I am really happy with the ROGERS service. I recommend to other customers to meet with Mr. Ahmed to get any mobile-related questions or services.
