Simple assistance to use the tool to help me swap my SIM card shouldn’t be a 20 minute wait outside a locked door. Terrible experience every time at this location. Don’t waste your time.

I came in to get a new phone for my parents and I was met with Swaleh! He went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations! The interaction went as it should and he continued to show us excellent service. I’ve been here a few times but I have never seen amazing service like Swaleh provided for my family.

I came to this location to get a service for my office. They didn't let me in and asked me to book an appointment while there was no customer inside. That's unnecessary and poor customer service.

If I could give this place a no star I would. Nikita was really unhelpful and extremely difficult to talk to. Her colleague Abhinav was far better and understood customer service. I hope you make Abinav a manager instead of unhelpful individuals.

Store which dont take more than one customer and charge 10$ for eSIM even though no where they mentioned on website.pathetic service.

Poor customer service. They have the doors locked in the middle of the day and won't let you in unless you ring the doorbell, remove your hat and go through the screening while its -5 outside. Good luck doing business. Won't be coming again ever!

Went there today, was initial confused by thesecurity measures, not surprising considering I'm new around here.
Thankfully, one of the staff members on duty, a South African man named Mr. Louis, was very helpful and accommodating.
He helped through the appointment and when I ran to complications and set-backs, once again due to my newbie status, he helped me find solutions, and was empathetic to stresses the processes were putting me through.
I happy to say that through perseverance and quick-thinking we were able to accomplish the goal I had set out to do today and even much more.
If the Rogers staff are usually like Mr. Louis, I seen no reason not to use their services again.
