Rogers

Today we were locked out of the store, despite it being open. Once we were let in, no one spoke to us and an older woman left saying "You need your patience if you are going to do anything here. " We waited for awhile to get service and nothing.so we left. That being said, we have not received good customer service at ANY Rogers store in Ottawa in several years. Very Frustrating.

Never go to this store extremely rude staff. They just wanna sit and talking to each other. Never listen to customer. They just wanna get rid of all customers and i think they will succeed in it very soon if they keep doing like this

I wanna give zero star if is it possible. Zero customer service. Very rude staff. Never go to this store. You can go if you wanna spoil your day
