We spent 2 hours there yesterday afternoon. Great Service! Especially Will found the best solutions to our needs. Great Job!

Visited this Rogers official store at Bayview village and met a sales associate Shaun. He was professional, helped me out with a hardware upgrade, return, switching another # plan for a senior to a discounted plan. Very happy he suggested getting the RogersBank Credit Card for all the bonuses in cash rewards. What a helpful young man, truly appreciated. Happy Holidays guys.

I had such a bad customer service at Rogers store on 4890 Yonge so came to one at Bayview mall. Unlike the previous store, I got a exceptional service from Will. Thank you.

I had an issue with my internet router and the store manager, Aran, was great helping me. She went above and beyond to help me get this sorted out with head office. It was an extensive process that’s not her responsibility but she was committed to deliver a good service on what she was capable to do. Strongly recommend this store for a great service.
