Not very helpful in store. Different offers in store /on line? Unable to see what store sales are unless you go into the store? Inconsistent information from each different sales in store representative

Not that pleasant customer service. Few team members sound to be rude bit overall get the job done.

Went in to get new phones at the Rogers store and we had Arthur help us, he made the experience enjoyable and fun.

Very bad experience. Waited around 30 minutes in the quie and problem not solved. Next day I went to other store and sovled the problem in 3 minutes.

Best experience I've had in a long time. Went to store to ask about setting up my sim card. A young man Named Arthur ended up installing cards In both my wifes and my phones.he went above and beyond answering all our questions. Great experiance.
